Luggage storage Near Notre-Dame Cathedral

Location easy to find, fast service, friendly staff. Bags were recovered safe and sound.

Very friendly staff (especially for this area!), easy and safe deposit of luggage (through the network Bounce) and also fair prices for location and what the store offers.

Very efficient and practical

Nice service. You need to take a photo of your ticket when you deposit. Great approach as later I lost my ticket and it was easy to find my suitcase

Very close to the exit of the metro station. Easy process to leave bags. Cute cats.

The Bounce App is great, I've used them in a couple of countries now and have not been disappointed with the service from the outlets they have signed up.

The service was excellent Very convenient, and also very close to a taxi rank after. Highly recommend

Easy and reliable in Paris

Friendly, fast and no complications. Got everything back as expected.

This location turned out to be close to our apartment. Unlike other locations with similar services, this one was the only one open from 9:30 a.m. The employee was very polite and attentive, asked us to take photos of our suitcases, and gave us tokens, which we forgot to do as we were getting ready to leave. :) It's convenient that you place orders through the app, which gives you a QR code, and you can pay by card, which was also very convenient for us.

Everything worked smoothly.

Efficient service and in an excellent location

Very safe and kind!

Booked online, checked my luggage for 5 hours, and later took the RER train to the airport right around the corner. Great.

Very nice. Quick pick up and friendly

Easy to find, quick drop off and pick up process

Great service! Will use again.

Quick, efficient pickup

Accessible and simple.

Excellent and safe

The man at the grocery store was really very kind. He looked after my suitcase and my daughter's. June 30, 2026

This was so convenient. We arrived in Paris several hours before our Airbnb checkin. They took in 12 bags for our party of 7 and we had a leisurely lunch and look around. Staff very efficient and friendly. Used them again on our checkout day so we could enjoy our last day in Paris. Would definitely recommend this service (and specifically this location).

Great service. Would recommend

Super easy drop off and pickup! Everything was very secure as they tagged our bags, gave us a tag as well, and had us take and show a picture of our bags before we got them. Wish we had known about this place when we arrived in Paris!

The manager was very friendly, and there's a wide variety of drinks and snacks available. The prices are very fair, and the service is excellent!

Flawless deposit and withdrawal

Nice people, easy to find and a store that also have cold beer

Nothing to complain about. Ideal location for exploring Île de la Cité and Saint-Louis without luggage. Earliest opening time in the area: 9:30 am. Very welcoming and helpful owner.

Very friendly, everything was great

Easy and practical! The owner was friendly and service was safe and reliable.
