Luggage storage By Bibliothèque François-Mitterrand

Perfect approach and willingness of the staff. Thank you very much. ☺️

Good place to store your luggage. Staff is friendly and helpful. Just try to avoid dropping your luggage at lunch time (like we did), because the shop will be very busy. The place is a Subway, sandwich shop.

Impeccable and very friendly.

They were very friendly and had great hours, highly recommended if you're near Bercy bus station.

Perfect. Very kind and friendly staff. Very practical solution.

The staff was so friendly and the service was impeccable!

All went super smooth. Kind staff. Highly recommend.

Drop-off and pick-up were very simple. The restaurant staff were professional and pleasant.

Great, useful, quick, practical

polite staff quick and easy

It’s a brand new Bounce location, so the staff are getting the hang of how to use the Bounce app. It’ll go smoothly after a week or so when they’ve all dealt with Bounce customers. Overall, it was good!

Once we found it, everything was fine, but it didn't match the house number indicated. It's inside Subway, a few windows to the right. The neighboring shopkeepers didn't even know! Quick and friendly staff.
