Due to some bad reviews, I was afraid that there might be a problem, but I had an excellent experience. The locker is in the Ibis hotel and the staff were very friendly. I left my luggage on Sunday morning and there were plenty of room for other suitcases. Everything happens in 2 min. I am very happy with the service. The hotel is close to a small shopping village and 10 min from the Bercy station, so it's a perfect location.

It's a really good experience. It's open 24 hours, and they have toilet that we can use. So you have good customer service and good location.

It was very convenient that the hotel, in which it is fashionable to leave your luggage, was open 24 hours a day. My bus arrived very early in the night and that was the only thing that saved me. The staff is very polite. I wasn't worried about the luggage.

They received me very kindly, both the reception and the return of the luggage were quick and they even allowed me to charge the mobile phone that I needed and use the toilet. The hotel is located in a good area with transportation nearby to get around the city and a good area of motion.
