Recommended! Fast service and reliable staff.

Very easy to locate, the staff were really helpful and it was such a relief to be able to drop our bags for the day.

Rapid check in and check out. Very kind and helpful staff.

Fantastic experience! Great communication with the hotel staff, and the drop-off/pick-up was super smooth and efficient. Safe, organized, and reliable. 5 stars!

Excellent service, a very reliable and safe place to leave your luggage and continue with your day's sightseeing.

Pleasant, efficient, and attentive staff

Both receptionists were excellent, friendly, and helpful! I even made a mistake and entered the wrong time, arriving 12 hours late! My luggage was still there, and they didn't charge me anything extra—unbelievable!

Francesca was super helpful!

The place and the person who helped me made me feel very comfortable and safe! I highly recommend it. The receptionist spoke Spanish! :)

Despite 6 luggage with us, check-in was so smooth with EXCELLENT staff. Check-out was also supported by the same staff. Great experience. I recommend this place.

Precise and very kind staff

Uncomplicated and courteous.

They stored our luggage perfectly, we will definitely book with them again.

This made our trip so easy. The people at the hotel were very gracious.

Leaving my luggage at the hotel was reassuring, and the service was so friendly and great, even though I wasn't a guest. It was good enough that I would like to stay overnight next time.

We visited five countries during our European trip, and this was the most memorable place among them. We inconvenienced you by leaving our luggage and changing clothes for our wedding photoshoot, but you were incredibly kind without showing a single sign of discomfort. My husband and I have vowed that we will definitely stay at this hotel on our next trip to Paris. Smart and kind Mr. Kevin!! We were deeply moved by the kindness you showed us. We look forward to seeing you again. The photo shows the very refreshing water you gave us as a gift when we were dying. It was nothing short of an oasis.🌸💗

The people were super friendly, it was super quick to drop off and pick up the luggage, and everything was intact!
