  • Easy drop off and pick up. Luggage is stored in what appears to be a locked corridor for staff only. You have to take a photo of your bag on check in. Very close to Gare du Nord.

  • The process was easy. It was easy to find as it's right near Bercy Metro Station and on Bercy Street. My luggage was safely stored behind the counter, which was reassuring. I was also able to use the restroom when picking up my luggage, which was very kind of them.
