Luggage storage Gare du Nord – Station

Both the drop-off and pick-up times were about an hour earlier than expected, but they accommodated me without showing any displeasure. I attached the tag they gave me, took a photo, and dropped off my luggage. When I returned to pick it up, I showed them the photo, and they immediately took care of it. Luggage is dropped off in a corridor behind the counter. It's an area only accessible to staff, but since it's not a locker, you should make sure to securely lock your bag. The location is about a 3-minute walk from Gare du Nord in Paris. The entrance is on a wide street, making it a very convenient location. It was an experience I would definitely like to have again if I have the opportunity.

The location was a little bit tricky to find at first. We were looking for a “Bounce” sign. The website should make it clearer that it’s inside the St. Christopher’s Inn. Once we found it, though, we were very pleased with the speedy, polite, and responsive service. At both pick-up and drop-off, the staff were organized and helpful. While I speak functional French, I did not have to use it, as the staff spoke English. We had booked online and they simply scanned our QR code, tagged our bags, and took of the bags with our phones. The photo served as verification when we picked up our bags. Not sure why the negative review goes on about Bounce writing themselves positive reviews. Not clear how this would even be possible. When we picked up, we showed our QR code again and the photo of our bags. Pick-up and drop-off both took only about 5 minutes. The bags are kept behind a locked door, so everything is very secure. We highly recommend the service.

Easy drop off and pick up. Luggage is stored in what appears to be a locked corridor for staff only. You have to take a photo of your bag on check in. Very close to Gare du Nord.

The process was easy. It was easy to find as it's right near Bercy Metro Station and on Bercy Street. My luggage was safely stored behind the counter, which was reassuring. I was also able to use the restroom when picking up my luggage, which was very kind of them.

Super easy and safe. Naturally we were skeptical at first but we let the gals know we had a bounce reservation, they said ok, checked our bags and away we went for the day!

I left my large suitcase at Mont Saint-Michel for an overnight stay. The check-in and pick-up process was very quick, which was a great help.
