First time using the service - would highly recommend the lockers. Saved me lugging a small but heavy backpack around Paris - I wouldn't have been able to see as much otherwise. Would definitely use again.

Fab fully automated service

The app is a bit slow inside the storage-shop but it works very easy. The lockers are exactly as I saw online. In a medium locker you can fit 2 handbagage and some small bags. Highly reccomend.

Super comfortable

It is super easy to use and the process is really smooth. The medium locker can fit in 2 carry-on luggage and a small backpack.

I am a regular visitor to Paris and though I usually don't need luggage storage, on the handful of occasions that this has been necessary, I have been using the service that is located downstairs within Gare du Nord station. I genuinely am filled with dread when I know that I will have to do this. You usually have to queue when dropping off (and collecting), you have to put all your belongings through an X-ray scanner and when you manage to get through this, you have to hunt around for a locker that is big enough which may or may not be available. In addition, it is roasting hot in there and, previously, you needed cash to hire a locker though I think now you can use a contactless card. When I knew that I was going to have to use luggage storage last week, I was stressing in advance and bracing myself to deal with all of the above. While making my way to Gare du Nord to drop off my bags, the metro was disrupted and I ended up having to take an Uber to the station. I never usually do this but it turned out to be a stroke of luck! By chance, my driver dropped me off in front of Bounce which is just a few steps from the entrance of Gare du Nord. You can't miss the bright blue frontage which caught my eye. I decided to investigate further and scanned the QR code displayed on the front window. In less than 10 minutes total, I had booked a locker, accessed the facility with an access code, located my locker, deposited my bag and was on my way!! The most intuitive and seamless experience which was entirely stress free. Collection - later that evening - took even less time. I will never use the storage inside Gare du Nord ever again and will be sure to pass on details of Bounce to fellow Paris travellers!

Bit of trouble getting in with keypad as there was no # on the key pad. But once I'd downloaded the app I was able to get in easily using my phone. Very easy to store luggage & release locker. Wonderfully close to station & excellent value Love Bounce!!!!!

Super easy, super quick, super convenient. Whej recovering your bags you might have ti fidget around the app/website to get the door of the building open but it's genuinely easy and takes a couple seconds longer than when you first arrive. Changing the booking was also very easy

Extremely convenient and no need to talk to anyone, book online and you can open the door from your phone when you get there and access your locker remotely as many times as you need. There’s WiFi in there too. Excellent

I mean it is in a convenient location to Gard du Nord, nice clean environment and big lockers. What else is there to say? Well that you can visit your locker multitple times I guess, I never did but nice to know there is that option

Really easy and decently priced. Was nice to be able to explore Paris on our final day without worrying about our luggage. The large lockers are huge! Managed to fit in a medium suitcase and 2 hand luggage bags.

Great storage lockers which were clean and secure. Accessing the lockers using the Website (or App) was pretty easy. Prices were reasonable for a 24hr rent
