I had a problem where I sent my confirmation with the locker code to the wrong email, meaning I had to pay twice. Customer service were fantastic, processed a refund quickly and without issue. Access to the lockers was super simple through the app. Very impressed with the service!

Great accessibility and convenient to use right in front of Gare du Nord, where you catch the Eurostar. I've used Bounges in many places, but this was my first time using self-service lockers; however, they were easy to use. Highly recommended!

The location looks to be placed in a few different areas so we couldn't find it initially. Unlike the Gare du Nord luggage storage, there was no queue, and it is overall easy to check in and check out, once you're onboard with the tech.
