The guys that work there are amazing, despite arriving during lunch closing time they took our bags in and we also arrived late to pick them up and they reopened the store to give us our luggage, absolutely great service!

Very good location just walking distance away from Palais Garnier and La Fayette. Just be sure to take a photo of your luggages before leaving, as the guy attending the shop forgot what they looked like. And I managed to get quick snapshot before we checked the luggages in. But it’s not his fault, considering that this is quite a popular shop to leave your luggages.

Even though I couldn't speak any English or French, I was able to leave my child there with peace of mind.

I saw a review saying it was friendly, and it really is. It's conveniently located near Opera Station. Luggage pickup times are more limited than other places, but it's great during the available times!

The staff was friendly, but I was worried that other customers would steal the bag since the place to put the bag was visible. But in the end, I got it back safely, so I guess the staff was keeping a close eye on it or I was just lucky!
