It's partly my fault for not reading on the ticket that it was inside the travel office. I remembered reading it was by the Boss store but when we went there it wasn't by it but on the opposite side of the street. But it was professional friendly and they got us in and out fairly quickly once we finally found it

However, the app wasn't working properly and I couldn't use it. I searched everywhere for a place where someone could help, and they finally assisted me just before my time ran out. I had another appointment, so if it weren't for this shop, my Garnier ticket would have gone to waste. I'm truly grateful.

Opera Paris Havre-CaumartinGoogle Maps - We had a reservation with City Locker, but the entrance key lock was unexpectedly broken. We couldn't get in. (Two other groups were there within about 15 minutes of us.) With our visit to the Opéra Garnier approaching, we found this place through an internet search. We found City Locker by searching for "Paris locker," but this place came up when we searched for "Opera district locker." It's directly across from City Locker. They only accept suitcases, but the price is cheap and, most importantly, there's the peace of mind of having someone to look after your luggage in person. It was a real relief not to have to drag our suitcases around while sightseeing.
