Convenient set up and friendly staff

The staff were very friendly and efficient. It’s at the UPS store, but it did not feel like we were a bother requesting to use their Bounce service

Top notch excellent service.

It worked. Dropped bags off and they were there when we returned. Issues around lack of knowledge about it among staff and zero urgency dealing with people with a taxi waiting outside. Physically the location was great for the airport/Graceland, but Bounce clearly doesn’t vet locations at all. I would not advise come here alone at night.

To everyone who is unsure. I'm from the UK & it literally did everything I needed it to! It's always a little culture shock when us Europeans come this side lol but this for me was perfect! My bag was safe & looked after, so usebounce (and the USA of course) did me proud! Thank you!!

Everything was hasle free. However, when I picked up my luggage, the attendant never asked to see my claim checks or email containing my confirmation number.
