The baggage drop off signs should be bigger, it was hard to find the location just because the of the signage but other than that, it was a very convenient location. Love that we could sit charge our phones and plan where & what we're going to do and no judgment. Was able to repack suitcases as needed in the lobby

The convenience of this location to the Sky Train and to the ferry stations is absolutely perfect. The owner was so friendly and positive when we picked up the luggage. Only drawback was the man who checked us in. He wasn't friendly and was most interested in getting us out of his shop. I'd also suggest having tags that identified the owner with the luggage, because we had nothing to prove what we'd left behind. Claim checks, so to speak.
