Great coffee and an easy drop off & pickup

I needed a space to store my luggage before my flight to look around downtown. I entered the cafe and asked if they are bounce luggage storage. After they said yes, i booked the storage space online and just had to show my reservation code to store my luggage. For pick up, all I had to do was show the same code again. Super easy simple process!! For two suitcases it was $18.50 CAD and they also allowed my backpack for free.

Really easy process. Kept luggage in the staff room away from customers. Even when we came 2 hours late to our check out time, there were no problems at all to pick up our luggage.

What a great service! The Twin Island Market was easily accessible, the employee had all our reservation information handy and we quickly stored our bags then enjoyed the rest of the day downtown. I would definitely use the Bounce service and this location again.

I'm gonna be super honest and straight forward. This idea and thing of dropping of my luggage seemed super sketchy. HOWEVER it wasn't. Was super cheap and quite convenient as our AirBNB wasn't ready till 4pm and we got to Vancouver at 10am so this made it super easy to explore the city and come back a few the time for check in. Guy who helped me out was super nice and made the entire thing super duper easy. Best of all my luggage was all in one piece! Great service !

Quick service. It took less than three minutes to drop off and less than 1 minute to pick up. The staff were very kind and flexible about pickup and dropoff times.
