The drop of and pick up were quick and easy. The only downside was that there was a group of homeless people inside and outside the store that made it a little difficult getting out.

Very easy to find. Only 1 staff so need a little patience. We roam around town luggage free!

Location is great! Price is excellent! Can’t complain.

Super easy to sign up and reserve a time to store my bags. Drop-off and pick-up were both also very quick and easy. This was highly convenient and I would absolutely recommend if you are looking for an accessible space to store your luggage (and maybe grab a bite!) before moving on to the next leg of your journey.

Fast and smooth

Service was great and it was certainly good not having to drag our bags around with us for the day in Vancouver. Our only issue was that we were there on Saturday and they didn’t open until 10am. We were off our cruise ship at 8:30am so we had to wait a while. Having said that, there was someone there at 9:45am and they accepted our bags then which was nice.

Drop off was great. Was served as soon as I walked in the store and able to drop of my luggage. And when I came back for my luggage some 4 hours later, a different worker served me, yet was equally quick with my bags.

Found City shop no problem. Staff were helpful and polite. Cases stored securely. On return, picked up quickly with an easy downhill walk to train station. We would definitely recommend!!

Very good service and right where we were looking to store our luggage. If you have a lot of luggage it’s a little far to walk to Canada Place though. Using a taxi or ride sharing service solves that.

Located in a bike shop. Convenient luggage storage for the day. This location isn’t 24 hours though! They close around 6 or 7pm.

The location was convenient, and our bags were secure throughout the day.

The location is an operating downtown cafe close to a skytrain stop. Our bags were stored along the wall by the kitchen and were returned to us without a problem at pick up. The service worked as we expected.

Location is close to a public transit station and the employees were great. Would highly reccomend leaving your bags at this location!
