It took about 15 minutes longer than it should’ve on both ends of the transaction because the bellhop is busy working with hotel Bounce is not prioritized. Otherwise, a good experience.

Super-easy and very convenient. The staff was very friendly. Just be sure to remember that this is an online reservation/transaction so be sure to do this first. We were thinking that it could be done through the store but all they do is scan the QR code after the reservation is made.

- easy drop off - they know the procedures - suitcases are stored in a separate room, where no guests have access - I felt overall very safe

Drop off & pick up was quick! Bags are tagged & secured in a locked closet. Will use again in the future.

You can leave your luggage in the staff room of a nice restaurant facing the main street. Both dropping off and picking up your luggage was very smooth.

Easy drop off and pick up and felt very secure. This is a restaurant that is open until 10pm even though the info says it closes at an earlier time.

Great Bounce facility in a bicycle store. Friendly staff, close to the Art Gallery and the shops on Robson Street. Also they’re open until 8pm. Our luggage were securely tagged and stored. Highly recommend to anyone looking for luggage storage in the downtown area.

Located in a cute and clean bike shop/bike rental location. Staff was courteous and I had no concerns about leaving my luggage there. Made it much easier to explore Vancouver in between our cruise and our late flight!

This experience was made seamless because of your employees. They all went above and behind to assist us with our bags and were very knowledgeable of the area. I would rate them a “10” if possible!!

Drop off was great. Was served as soon as I walked in the store and able to drop of my luggage. And when I came back for my luggage some 4 hours later, a different worker served me, yet was equally quick with my bags.
