Easy, reliable- great service

The manager of the store went out of his way to assist me with my heavy bags when I told him about my back issue. The in and out of the storage was a breeze!!!

The location was good and it was easy to check in and out. I felt that our bags were secure.

Super smooth and easy. My luggage was stored in a secure area of the store. One thing to note: if an employee is away from the till helping other people with their luggage, they will temporarily lock the door to the store.

You can leave your luggage in the staff room of a nice restaurant facing the main street. Both dropping off and picking up your luggage was very smooth.

Easy drop off and pick up and felt very secure. This is a restaurant that is open until 10pm even though the info says it closes at an earlier time.

Convenient location. Check-in was a little tough because they needed a QR code and both the cell signal and Wi-Fi signal is very weak inside. However, the employees there were patient and very friendly.

Great Bounce facility in a bicycle store. Friendly staff, close to the Art Gallery and the shops on Robson Street. Also they’re open until 8pm. Our luggage were securely tagged and stored. Highly recommend to anyone looking for luggage storage in the downtown area.

Located in a cute and clean bike shop/bike rental location. Staff was courteous and I had no concerns about leaving my luggage there. Made it much easier to explore Vancouver in between our cruise and our late flight!

This experience was made seamless because of your employees. They all went above and behind to assist us with our bags and were very knowledgeable of the area. I would rate them a “10” if possible!!

Drop off was great. Was served as soon as I walked in the store and able to drop of my luggage. And when I came back for my luggage some 4 hours later, a different worker served me, yet was equally quick with my bags.
