Discover Downtown Vancouver luggage storage

Friendly and uncomplicated service. The gentleman was very helpful with the large suitcases and everything was handled very professionally.

It worked great

Good experience and good location, very convenient for train to airport. 24 hr opening is also a plus if you have a late flight

Whenever I go for a run at Stanley Park, I always leave my bag here. They're super friendly and keep everything safe!

Great service, 15minutes walk from the train though

The staff are really nice at this location

Very efficient and easy service. Have used multiple times for my stay in Vancouver.

Easy to check in and pick up. Would go here again.

Very warm welcome

The place is very organized and it's easy to find the spot.

Staff was kind and easy to interact with. Picked up items and all was secure.

Great staff, clean and easy to find.

Perfect luggage storage experience! Drop-off and pick-up at Zaatar were both incredibly easy, and I felt completely comfortable and safe leaving our luggage here. Everything was well cared for, the service was great, and the entire process went smoothly from start to finish. It made our day so much easier not having to haul our bags around with us. I would absolutely use this location again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and trustworthy place to store their luggage!

Courteous and helpful staff

Quick with the bounce app and they were open till 10pm (Saturday night)

Great place to leave luggage between check out and when we were leaving. Slightly tricky to find as it’s within a bike rental store but great service and help inside

Yep easy. I didn’t realise it was in the bike shop, but the guys in there saw that we were obviously looking for luggage storage and came out to check. Great bike shop too.

Super clean and friendly store. Staff was helpful and kind. I’d use again.

Simple process of ordering, very nice people in the dtore! I‘ll do everytim again! Perfect!

They were very friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Great staff and drop-off and pickup easy.

Incredibly easy storage at a really nice, clean location. Lots of helpful and friendly staff and plenty of foot traffic outside, in a great location between downtown and Gastown. Also easy for Uber drop off and pick up!

Very easy and storage was safe.

Friendly helpful staff, my bags felt very safe

Perfect location. Helpful staff. Would recommend

I felt very secure, leaving my baggage at pistachio sweeter café. The staff was very kind and professional. I was able to drop off and pick up my bags without any complaint.

Awesome and great pastries too.

Location was excellent for us. Drop off was easy. Ni e person at drop off. We didn’t receive a second QR code to collect our bags so it caused a bit of an issue.

Great location and very helpful and friendly would recommend
