Really excellent customer service. On top of taking good care of our suitcases all day, we had an incident where when picked up our bags, we accidentally left an expensive camera behind. We didn’t realize it till we got to the Vancouver airport. When we called, we were happy to learn that the staff had secured the camera, and kept it safe for us until we were able to return later that evening to pick it up. 5 star service!

I was sceptical having never used this service before. I asked a few questions when I arrived that satisfied my doubts. They were professional and courteous and I will not hesitate to leave my bags at this location again. And the bonus is the restaurant looks like it would be well worth eating at. I had just eaten but will definitely try them the next time I’m in Vancouver

Extremely helpful and friendly staff! They confirmed that my luggage was stored securely in a locked room, which gave me peace of mind. If you’re leaving Waterfront Station via the Granville exit, this location is only a 2-minute walk away. I would use this location again. Highly recommend.

Located in a cute and clean bike shop/bike rental location. Staff was courteous and I had no concerns about leaving my luggage there. Made it much easier to explore Vancouver in between our cruise and our late flight!

This experience was made seamless because of your employees. They all went above and behind to assist us with our bags and were very knowledgeable of the area. I would rate them a “10” if possible!!

Drop off was great. Was served as soon as I walked in the store and able to drop of my luggage. And when I came back for my luggage some 4 hours later, a different worker served me, yet was equally quick with my bags.

Found City shop no problem. Staff were helpful and polite. Cases stored securely. On return, picked up quickly with an easy downhill walk to train station. We would definitely recommend!!

Very good service and right where we were looking to store our luggage. If you have a lot of luggage it’s a little far to walk to Canada Place though. Using a taxi or ride sharing service solves that.

The location is perfect for a day of exploration in Downtown Vancouver. It is close to two metro stations, Gastown and Canada Place. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
