This location was an awesome solution to our baggage situation. We dropped 12 bags so we could explore Vancouver between the time our cruise docked and our flight took off. Pistachio Sweetery Cafe was very clean and inviting. I felt our bags were safe and secure. Added bonus - the pastries, coffee and tea were delicious! Highly recommend!

Trustworthy and secure. Glad they had a later pick up time (8pm) than other sites. Adam at BOSS Halal Meat & Grocery | Halal Meat Shop | Butcher Vancouver was very helpful. What a lovely service. We had enough time to drop off 5 bags, grab dinner at Kitsilano Beach and hang out before taking the red eye flight back home. Thank you!!!

Great location to store our luggage after our cruise and before our evening flight. Only a few blocks from Canada Place (the cruise ship terminal) and the SkyTrain station was about halfway in between. Easy and fast drop off and pick up.

Bounce luggage drop off is very convenient, they have many locations in Vancouver. I used the location in downtown Vancouver, very convenient for me. The place is quite small, the luggage was stored off to the side, away from foot traffic, by a window facing the street. If you are in the downtown area, this will work! Happy with the results.
