Great location which was close to the shipping terminal and the train station. The guys were really helpful carrying my bags up a few stairs. The check in and check out process was easy. I would use again and it was good value for money.

Perfect luggage storage near Gastown! A 5-10 minute walk from Gastown, open 24/7, and the staff are amazing. They were totally fine with my late pickup due to a flight delay. My luggage came back in perfect condition with photos taken for proof. A must for anyone with flights or exploring Vancouver luggage-free! It's incredibly convenient, just a 5-10 minute walk from Gastown! Open 24 hours, and the staff are incredibly kind and attentive. My flight was delayed, so my pickup was late, but they were very understanding. They even reassured me when I dropped off my luggage, saying "It's okay if you're late," which was very reassuring. Highly recommended for anyone with flights! It's a convenience store, so they sell snacks and other items, which is a nice bonus for picking up forgotten souvenirs. My luggage was stored carefully without a single scratch, and they even took photos when I dropped it off, which gave me confidence. Absolutely recommended for anyone traveling around Vancouver or who doesn't want to carry a large suitcase!
