The manager of the store went out of his way to assist me with my heavy bags when I told him about my back issue. The in and out of the storage was a breeze!!!

The location was good and it was easy to check in and out. I felt that our bags were secure.

Super smooth and easy. My luggage was stored in a secure area of the store. One thing to note: if an employee is away from the till helping other people with their luggage, they will temporarily lock the door to the store.

Easy to book and locate, dropped our luggage off which was securely stored until we collected it about 8 hours later with no issues whatsoever.

This is such a wonderful option for travelers! The shop was clean and well-maintained. I felt safe storing my luggage here. It was out stowed out of site. The employees were very friendly. We were able to enjoy a whole day in Vancouver luggage-free. Check-in and check-out were extremely quick and easy.

Everything went as planned. My only concern was the trash out on sidewalk in front of the business. However, luggage was stored perfectly for us with no waiting. Business owner took pictures of our luggage before storing in the back room.

The location was great. Like 3 minutes walking from the stadium. Finding the location was fast and easy as well as the payment process. The person who attended us was very kind and it’d take us like 2 minutes, no lines at all.
