Anyone who has been through that process knows you can't bring electronics inside, but who leaves home without their phone and headphones? My personal belongings were kept completely safe. It’s also incredibly convenient that they are open 24/7. I’m so grateful for a service like this! For less than $10, I didn't have to find someone to accompany me to the embassy just to watch my things. Thanks, Bounce!

I used the services for the location within UBC. The staff was very friendly, and it was a great option, allowing us to leave our belongings and enjoy our tours without any luggage. Everything was secure, and we had no problems. Reservations can only be made online.

Perfect! The store looked a bit questionable from the outside but when we went it, The attendant, you’re exactly what to do. He scanned up QR took photos and stored the bags in the back. We were a little concerned because one of the bags is a designer bag. Came back to pick everything up and again, QR scanned and our bags were perfect condition. I’d definitely use them again.
