- The location across the road from the Granville train station and close to Vancouver City Centre Station (handy when travelling from the airport). Staff were very friendly, service was great. We came back on separate day to sample their fabulous food.

- Entrance "difficult" to find if you don't know it. Just up the stairs. The team was super nice! Everything worked perfectly!

- Apart from the 23 stairs with luggage (a kind doorman from the hotel next door helped two aging pensioners!) it was a good experience. We were able to use a lift to come down.
