First time using Bounce and it was extremely easy. I booked as we were walking off our cruise ship and 2 minutes later we were dropping off our bags. The location was very convenient and the people there were patient and helpful. I felt comfortable leaving my bags there and would 100% recommend this location.

Excellent service, fast and friendly. The place is clean, comfortable, and feels safe, and you can also try a healthy and varied menu. Ideally located downtown, close to everything. I highly recommend it.

Close to Canada place. Convenient location. Steps to get up into the shop so harder to get big bags up if you have mobility/strength problems. Can’t see exactly where the bags are stored. Just in the back of the shop in a room behind the counter. Everything was as we left it! Would recommend.
