Easy to check-in, easy to checkout as well. Was skeptical about the idea of leaving luggage in an unsecured space to a complete stranger at first, but it turned out just fine. Would return the next time I’m in town

Conveniently located near the cruise terminal. Storing our luggage allowed us to visit Vancouver for the day rather than immediately going to the airport after our cruise. Drop off and pick up were simple and the staff was friendly. This store was also located near the train station we needed to travel to Vancouver airport. Would 100% use this service location again.

The drop of and pick up were quick and easy. The only downside was that there was a group of homeless people inside and outside the store that made it a little difficult getting out.

Very easy to find. Only 1 staff so need a little patience. We roam around town luggage free!

Super easy to sign up and reserve a time to store my bags. Drop-off and pick-up were both also very quick and easy. This was highly convenient and I would absolutely recommend if you are looking for an accessible space to store your luggage (and maybe grab a bite!) before moving on to the next leg of your journey.

Fast and smooth

Service was great and it was certainly good not having to drag our bags around with us for the day in Vancouver. Our only issue was that we were there on Saturday and they didn’t open until 10am. We were off our cruise ship at 8:30am so we had to wait a while. Having said that, there was someone there at 9:45am and they accepted our bags then which was nice.

Location was easy to find, drop off and pick up both seamless. Would highly recommend!

The location was fairly close to the terminal but it’s just a small convenience store. It was easy to check in and check out and everything was fine.
