Easy to find, very helpful staff. The only minor issue is that on the app it showed that the business was going to close for the afternoon in 5 mins from the time of booking and I had to run to get there in time - but then I found out that it wasn’t the case and I could have easily walked.

They were efficient and friendly. When we went to pick up our luggage the place was busy and we said there was no rush. They finished up with their order and promptly served us! Highly recommend!! And the coffee and desserts looked amazing!

The location across the road from the Granville train station and close to Vancouver City Centre Station (handy when travelling from the airport). Staff were very friendly, service was great. We came back on separate day to sample their fabulous food.

Baggage was safely stored but as it was a busy cafe with only one person taking orders, making the coffees, serving the customers, it took about 15 minutes to drop off the baggage.

Very good, responsive and super welcoming, I recommend.

Pros: Luggage storage service, convenient online application, and affordable fees. Cons: No elevator, requiring luggage to be carried to the second floor.

I am satisfied with the experience and it was great to find this place in a good location in the very center of the city. It is quite convenient to leave your things for the whole day and take the opportunity to walk around.

Super easy to drop off and pick up my luggage. It seemed a little odd at first as I was walking into a workout gym. But they had my name and they were ready for my luggage. Very convenient location to downtown Vancouver.

Entrance "difficult" to find if you don't know it. Just up the stairs. The team was super nice! Everything worked perfectly!

Apart from the 23 stairs with luggage (a kind doorman from the hotel next door helped two aging pensioners!) it was a good experience. We were able to use a lift to come down.

They kindly left my luggage for me, allowing me to travel comfortably. The process was simple and the instructions were clear.

Not totally secure, no locker, storage is kept in a back room of a coffee shop. Great service and staff. I got my stuff with no hassel, nothing missing.
