I was sceptical having never used this service before. I asked a few questions when I arrived that satisfied my doubts. They were professional and courteous and I will not hesitate to leave my bags at this location again. And the bonus is the restaurant looks like it would be well worth eating at. I had just eaten but will definitely try them the next time I’m in Vancouver

Extremely helpful and friendly staff! They confirmed that my luggage was stored securely in a locked room, which gave me peace of mind. If you’re leaving Waterfront Station via the Granville exit, this location is only a 2-minute walk away. I would use this location again. Highly recommend.

Excellent service and an excellent location in the center near the stadium

The young men that assisted me at this location were very friendly and took the time to help me right away with my luggage.

Hesitant at first since we were dropping 5 bags off at a corner coffee shop and they were taken to the back office (or somewhere). All bags there at pick up, so that's a good thing!

Easy to find and safe and helpful service

Staff is well service. The access to the luggage is OK if the coffee shop is not crowded. The time when I checked in / out is not crowded so it is no problem at all.
