The online booking was simple to use and the guys who took our suitcases were efficient, kind and fun to deal with. I felt confident in leaving our luggage there and everything was very straightforward . A great location, as close to downtown, train station and link to the airport.

Easy to booked, easy to find,easy to drop off and pick up. Great spot with friendly staff and good food.

Excellent service. Easy to book and pay and the meal we had there was nice as well.

Easy drop-off. Pick-up took a long while as I think there are multiple storage locations and the employee was searching for the wrong one. And then they tried to search for my name to confirm the pick up but couldn't find it. They let me go and assured me it was alright, but then later that night I got an email from Bounce to confirm the pick up myself to avoid extra charge. Overall still a pleasant experience though!
