- Easy to find, very helpful staff. The only minor issue is that on the app it showed that the business was going to close for the afternoon in 5 mins from the time of booking and I had to run to get there in time - but then I found out that it wasn’t the case and I could have easily walked.

- Easy drop off and pick up. Liked that the location was downtown and also near the Vancouver City Centre Skytrain station for easy transit to and from airport. Plus, the Cafe shop was open late.

- The location across the road from the Granville train station and close to Vancouver City Centre Station (handy when travelling from the airport). Staff were very friendly, service was great. We came back on separate day to sample their fabulous food.
