Very friendly service and the location is clean and big enough to fit my 6 pieces.

You can leave your luggage in the staff room of a nice restaurant facing the main street. Both dropping off and picking up your luggage was very smooth.

Easy drop off and pick up and felt very secure. This is a restaurant that is open until 10pm even though the info says it closes at an earlier time.

Fast easy and a huge relief. No lugging luggage around the city, drop off, do your thing, pop back and pick up your luggage and you’re set!

At first wasn’t sure what to expect since it’s a restaurant, but I kept my bags there multiple times and it was very straightforward and staff were nice and my bags were kept nice and safe. The location is close to the train and central areas

I was sceptical having never used this service before. I asked a few questions when I arrived that satisfied my doubts. They were professional and courteous and I will not hesitate to leave my bags at this location again. And the bonus is the restaurant looks like it would be well worth eating at. I had just eaten but will definitely try them the next time I’m in Vancouver

Extremely helpful and friendly staff! They confirmed that my luggage was stored securely in a locked room, which gave me peace of mind. If you’re leaving Waterfront Station via the Granville exit, this location is only a 2-minute walk away. I would use this location again. Highly recommend.
