Excellent service and easy to reserve. Our only suggestion is add "Bounce" to the store front. We had a hard time finding it and actually walked by twice, but the window said "Phantom Luggage" so we assumed it to be another company. Other than that, we would definitely use this service again, it was super!

Location just around the corner from hotels, boat terminals and train station on the waterfront. Super easy to find and get to. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in/out took seconds. Highly recommended.

Great location close to Vancouver cruise terminal (about a 5 minute walk at most) & a lower cost than those at the terminal itself. Easy booking process with Pin number with QR code as added security measure. Friendly, courteous staff who handled all our luggage which consisted of 7 large cases. The facility enabled us to enjoy our last day in Vancouver without having to haul our luggage around & we simply picked it up 6 hours later before our taxi to the airport.
