The location is very close to the Canada Line station to the YVR airport. The Phantom Couriers people was very professional and everything went smoothly.

Great place to store your bags for a day after or before a cruise to be able to tour Canada Place and surrounding areas in Vancouver until you're ready to hop the Canadian Line to YVR. Online reservation system makes it easy to reserve space online. Friendly helpful folks to receive it. Far more cost effective than the port luggage storage!

Phantom was close to the Canada Place was only a few minutes walk. Drop off and pick up was quick and easy. The office always had someone there so I felt like my luggage was safe.

Arrived to Vancouver off a cruise ship and wanted to spend the day without our luggage. Bounce Storage on Howe was so convenient and easy. Quick to drop off and then to pick up later in the day. Opened at 8:30am and we picked up before the 5pm close.
