Once your booking is made, simply pop into the location with your reservation confirmation, and hand over your bags to the Bounce Partner - it couldn't be simpler!

Bags of all sizes are welcome here: storing purses and tote bags costs just CA$4.75, and regular luggage is only CA$4.75.

  • Very easy to use. Great customer service, they were very nice. To leave our luggage they just asked for the QR code from the app where we made our reservation. Then to pick up our luggage they just asked for our name. Easy, friendly and fast. I would definitely recommend and/or use them again.

  • It was really easy to use. The place was about 2 blocks away from where the cruise ship left us in Vancouver. We got there and they asked to see the QR code from the app where we made the reservation and that was it, they were very friendly and took our bags. We left our bags there for about 2 hours. When we picked up our bags they only asked us for our name and voila that was it. They found and gave us our luggage. I would definitely recommend this place as well as visit it again.
