Excellent service and easy to reserve. Our only suggestion is add "Bounce" to the store front. We had a hard time finding it and actually walked by twice, but the window said "Phantom Luggage" so we assumed it to be another company. Other than that, we would definitely use this service again, it was super!

Location just around the corner from hotels, boat terminals and train station on the waterfront. Super easy to find and get to. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in/out took seconds. Highly recommended.
