The young men that assisted me at this location were very friendly and took the time to help me right away with my luggage.

Hesitant at first since we were dropping 5 bags off at a corner coffee shop and they were taken to the back office (or somewhere). All bags there at pick up, so that's a good thing!

Easy to find and safe and helpful service

Staff is well service. The access to the luggage is OK if the coffee shop is not crowded. The time when I checked in / out is not crowded so it is no problem at all.

It’s was great for what we needed

We made an online reservation as our Airbnb was one block away. Blenz immediately found it and took our luggage for a few hours until we boarded the cruise ship. When ready to leave, we had no issues either. We would use them again.

Good location, easy to find, friendly staff.

This was an easy drop off/pick up for our luggage while we were out and about in Vancouver. It was convenient to make reservation online and quick to both drop and pick up bags. Staff were friendly and helpful

The staff was very nice! I kept my suitcase there for 2 weeks as we went hiking. I was a bit worried to leave it for so long, but they kept is securely for me and I'd absolutely recommend!

Nice helpful staff. As soon as I walked in, they knew what I was doing and checked me in and took my bag. Later on, I wanted to come in and take some stuff out of the bag and put some stuff in and they were helpful in assisting me with that. Checking out was no issue either. I would gladly keep my bag at this location again.

The staff members were so kind! They took our bags to a locked “staff only” door.

Super easy and the guy was very laid back. We went to the first Cell Universe, that isn't the one. Down the hall and that's the one (two in the one building, but staff at both spots were helpful :) )

The worst thing is there is another store with same name but completely unrelated.
