Drop off and pickup was very easy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Past reviews seemed to worry about bags being in open area out of sight of workers where shoppers could see, I did not have this problem. The bags were in a side storage room attached to what looked like a lunch room area. They were out of some employees sight but unless wandering shoppers went back in the lunch room/storage area the bags seemed safe enough for me. Very easy to find and good price. There are not a ton of options in Helsinki but this was a good choice.

No particular worries, the luggage is stored in the back of the shop by the owner of the café. Without any particular exchange.....

The name is different from what is listed on Google maps, but just look for the sticker on the front door. I didn't have a reservation, but the process was very easy on site. A super convenient location, a short walk from transit stops. Probably more expensive than lockers at the train station, but it was closer to my lodging. Would definitely use Bounce service again.
