The staff at the Old Tea Shop was very friendly and understanding. They knew everything about the Bounce app, and how to check us in. It was very easy to both drop off and pick up our luggage. (Plus the shop smells amazing inside with all the exotic tea) Kiitos!

Such an awesome experience. The staff at excess baggage were SO WONDERFUL, particularly Khalid and the absolutely lovely lady originally from Angola (sorry, I forgot to ask her name!). I did the IRONMAN 70.3 World Championships and so many of us were storing our bikes in bike bags after the race here and the staff did such an amazing job dealing with all of us. They stayed calm and efficient and should be praised for it.

Easy to store bags, but low security (just around the corner from the shop floor) and bags are not labelled in any way, so it would seem someone could pick up the wrong bag very easily. Having said that it worked fine for me as I was only storing non-valuable items
