- Very good service. (I'm not keen on the Bounce booking system, but having booked it online the night before) I turned up to this place - supermarket. Someone was there immediately. Took bags, allowed us to take photo. Gave us a ticket number. Off we went. On return everything was just as quick. Less than 3 minutes in total. Perfect service

- They were helpful and kind and tried to help me as much as possible. The Bounce app, which is quite bad, had several errors and I almost couldn't leave my bags; I had to ask someone else to download the app to get the QR code.
