Friendly staff, luggage recovered in perfect condition. The only recommendation is to take an uber there as it is 15 min walking but uphill. Uber is not expensive and you won’t have to sweat your clothes at the star of your Liverpool day.

Deposited 2 bags at this location. It was fairly easy to find but quite a distance from the bus station. The process was simple -?deposit the bags and collect them when done. Quick and simple

Having priced the business in Lime Street station where 2 small bags were £25 for the 5 hours I needed, I found bounce in PH and left both bags for £12 for any period of time. The lads on the desk was very friendly and helpful and was there when I returned. Very easy to organise

Simple drop off

This is the only place they have space, and we had to walk a bit. However, it's near Lime Street station and the staff was very nice and efficient.

Cheaper in the actual place, don't pre book. Its literally at the door of the station, so easy and convenient - worth paying the wee bit extra compared to others.

Its cheaper to pay in the place, on the day than the app. Its literally at the door, and totally worth the convenience. The other place locally which is cheaper, is a Barbers...I wasn't keen on leaving luggage there (no offence meant). This is easy, convenient and quick.

Friendly staff, pick up was easy, drop off took a little longer due to queue but I guess that was due more to timing of multiple trains arriving same time

Really efficient and safe place to leave my bags

The store seemed to have trouble finding my reservation, I think they’re not used to the Bounce app as opposed to booking through their website.

Very good service. (I'm not keen on the Bounce booking system, but having booked it online the night before) I turned up to this place - supermarket. Someone was there immediately. Took bags, allowed us to take photo. Gave us a ticket number. Off we went. On return everything was just as quick. Less than 3 minutes in total. Perfect service

I was hesitant at first to leave my bags in a grocery store, but the window sign advertising the service I used made me more comfortable. It was rather easy and we had no problems dropping off or picking up. Pretty easy overall.

Just a 5-minute walk from the Lime Street Station, and booking and managing everything through the app is very convenient.
