They were helpful and kind and tried to help me as much as possible. The Bounce app, which is quite bad, had several errors and I almost couldn't leave my bags; I had to ask someone else to download the app to get the QR code.

So easy and convenient to use. Easy to check your bags in and again to collect. Using this service meant we could enjoy another day in the city without having to drag our bags around with us.

Booked at the last minute we had a 5 hours in Liverpool this was convenient for us as we were getting the isle of man ferry the house of spells was the name of the shop the staff were really good

I was hesitant at first to leave my bags in a grocery store, but the window sign advertising the service I used made me more comfortable. It was rather easy and we had no problems dropping off or picking up. Pretty easy overall.

Just a 5-minute walk from the Lime Street Station, and booking and managing everything through the app is very convenient.

Was just a little walk from lime street. I felt a bit worried leaving it in a super market I couldn’t see a sign outside for bounce but the guys were polite and drop off and collection was very easy would do it again

Really convenient, staff were very friendly and helpful. Stored my suitcase with them whilst I roamed. Would highly recommend especially if you have early checkout and a late train
