Drop off was good, but location is a bit far from station if go from the wrong exit gate. Also quite a bit of uphill so kinda tired when taking all the luggages up there

I was glad that I could easily leave my luggage. The coin lockers at the station were all full, so I made a last-minute reservation, and I was relieved that there was one available.

Adding "inside the store" and a comment would make the location easier to understand.

Good experience and they are really accommodating! But the description should have the direction of the salon because it's in the upper floor

Good communication with store front

I was very satisfied with the smooth communication I had with the staff.

It's a hair salon, so it's a bit hard to tell, but it is indeed a hair salon. The entrance on the first floor looks like it has an automatic lock, but during business hours, it probably opens normally if you pull the lever. I was having trouble finding a locker because it was the day of the live performance and all the others were full, so this was a lifesaver!

Very polite and took excellent care of my bag over a 30 day period. The stairs are steep, so remember to ask for help~

I don't really understand Japanese, and the lady at the desk didn't speak English. But she was super friendly and patient, and we were able to communicate through Google Translate. The whole process drop off and pick up was very simple.

It was a little tough to find the place but the guy was the sweetest person ever. His English was great and he was very nice :) Highly recommend!
