It was smooth and the service was good.

The time of operation listed on google is incorrect. When we got there, we were informed they can only store our luggage until 6 pm even though on the bounce website it says 6:30 is the latest pick up time and on google it says it's open until 7 PM. Transaction was easy, just show the reservation number and our luggage looks like it was well taken care of.

I used this service to attend a live concert at Yokohama Arena, and it was very convenient. I was also happy that I got a 10% discount if I booked the day before! The staff were friendly and always smiled when I dropped off and picked up my luggage, so I felt at ease. I would like to use this service again if I have the opportunity. Thank you very much.

Easy to find, staff easy to communicate with and bags were safe!

It was our first family trip and we had originally planned to leave our luggage at Hamamatsucho Station and move around, but there were no vacancies. We then went to Ishikawacho Station, hoping to find a vacancy, but there were no vacancies either. I remembered seeing it on TV before, so I searched and found it right away, which was a relief. What's more, it's very convenient as it's right at the entrance to Yokohama Chinatown.

Super easy to find and pick up/drop off was seamless.

It's very close to the Shinkansen exit, and even though I went to pick it up late, the staff were very helpful. Thank you very much. I'd like to use your service again.

Easy place to store luggage in Yokahama. The staff is great. It was an easy five star experience. Don’t forget to grab a piece of of hard candy on the way out!

Very nice and professional staff! A bit hard to find, but they are on the 4th floor and their name is on the elevator buttons.

I don't really understand Japanese, and the lady at the desk didn't speak English. But she was super friendly and patient, and we were able to communicate through Google Translate. The whole process drop off and pick up was very simple.

There were two different staff members at the time of deposit and pick up, but they were both very nice. It seemed like the luggage was handled with care.
