It was a little tough to find the place but the guy was the sweetest person ever. His English was great and he was very nice :) Highly recommend!

The time of operation listed on google is incorrect. When we got there, we were informed they can only store our luggage until 6 pm even though on the bounce website it says 6:30 is the latest pick up time and on google it says it's open until 7 PM. Transaction was easy, just show the reservation number and our luggage looks like it was well taken care of.

Bounce is in ASOBUILD, which is really close to Yokohama Station, it’s perfect for anyone who wants to explore Yokohama without dragging their suitcase around. The location makes it a great place to store your things for the day.

The staff were very friendly, and I could leave my luggage easily without any worries. It's also close to Yokohama station, so I enjoyed a pleasant walk to Minato Mirai.
