  • It was our first family trip and we had originally planned to leave our luggage at Hamamatsucho Station and move around, but there were no vacancies. We then went to Ishikawacho Station, hoping to find a vacancy, but there were no vacancies either. I remembered seeing it on TV before, so I searched and found it right away, which was a relief. What's more, it's very convenient as it's right at the entrance to Yokohama Chinatown.

  • Based on a previous review, their experience suggested they struggled to find the storage building. I would tend to agree that it isn't obvious that the Deli Restaurant also provides storage. A sign saying storage on the restaurant door would be helpful.

  • The location was a bit difficult to find but thankfully is close to the station. However, we were very appreciative of this service due to all of the coin lockers at Yokohama Station being full. I was able to book the service the same day which was great. The staff were very pleasant.
