Dropped several cases off for the day. Good location. QR code scanned on drop off but not on pick up, although it was only the day so they recognised us.

This worked very well. We booked the previous day and were wary about how it might work. We were very pleasantly surprised by how smooth the process was. The young woman was very friendly and efficient, labelling and photographing our bags and easily located them when we returned to collect. I would definitely recommend.

Location is in a small convenience store, not hard to find. Process was quick and easy for drop off and pick up.

Excellent! Nice guys at the shop. They close for siesta but he gave me business card with WhatsApp to message when I arrive to collect my bags - that worked perfectly and he even helped carry it to the taxi. Muy bien :)

We left our luggage there for 12 days. Everything worked perfectly; the young man from Astro Electronics was very helpful and explained everything. We immediately trusted him and the shop. The location is excellent, easy and quick to find. There's a taxi rank nearby. We highly recommend Astro Electronics!

Service impeccable!

Ellen was very warm and welcoming, and accommodated our needs for storing luggage. Our luggage was safely stored and available to collect as arranged. I recommend Ellen as a professional provider who can be trusted.

Facility was watched at all times with security cameras though there was not a lock on the door where luggage is stored. Nice staff and easy pick up and drop off with easy access to Los Cristianos.

Everything was fantastic! From the very first minute, the service was incredible. They were super friendly and had a great vibe. Besides looking after our belongings, they gave us tons of tips on where to eat and what to do in the area, which is so appreciated when you're traveling. They even let us use the bathroom, even though they weren't obligated to! 🙌 You can really tell when someone is genuinely looking out for you. Highly recommended, we would definitely go back.

The actual location (only 5 mins from the bus station for my bus to the airport) and friendliness of the lady who took my luggage were excellent. I was very frustrated that the location was advertised as open from 9am but the lady did not arrive until 9.30 just as I had cancelled and booked elsewhere. The booking still appeared live so I left my luggage but I was charges as a no show at the second location. The Bounce customer services were excellent - responded to messages within seconds, extremely polite and confirmed the refund. The Bounce website has also been updated to show the correct opening times so all is well!

They were fantastic! They were wonderful and even gave us some tips about La Laguna. 100% recommended!
