The name of the drop off location was not showing up on my maps, but the exact address given after booking was correct. The process was easy, staff was friendly and I felt secure leaving my luggage there.

In an out in less than a minute. Entrance is directly in Duval street but there’s a small square next door where the Uber dropped off.

Easy drop off and pick up. Easy walk to the Key West Ferry and the Waterfront.

Amazing! Would definitely recommend! Let me drop and grab stuff throughout the day to help me out! They are super friendly and fast! Nice gentleman at the front helped at the beginning and amazing lady checked us out!!

It was easy to drop off bags and staff was kind. Convenient location. However, staff didn’t properly check us in or out. This didn’t impact our use, though they may need a little more training.

We felt comfortable leaving our luggage with them. 2 blocks from the docking terminal (Key West Express), so it was convenient to leave our luggage there while we shopped on our last day in Key West.

The staff greeted me quickly and were friendly!! The rates were reasonable as well. Thank you!! I will likely use the service again. It would have been nice to have a small sign indicating that it was a bounce location. It felt weird just walking in there with my bags when I wasn't sure it was the right location. This has nothing to do with the folks who run the location....as I said, they were great! It just would be better if there were a location nearer to the Key West Express dock.

Everything was perfect, simple check in, bags were placed in a secured back room...and super easy to get to.
