Great place to store luggage on our last day visiting Key West. We had to check out of our rental at 10 am and flight didn’t leave til 7 pm. Super easy and very affordable. Would recommend this service to anyone.

The name of the drop off location was not showing up on my maps, but the exact address given after booking was correct. The process was easy, staff was friendly and I felt secure leaving my luggage there.

In an out in less than a minute. Entrance is directly in Duval street but there’s a small square next door where the Uber dropped off.

The woman there was extremely polite and she allowed us to go with her to store the baggage in a back room. It came in handy because our flight out didn't leave for another 4 hours and instead of lugging our bags all over the place, we dropped them off here and retrieved when it was time to head to the airport. (FYI: If you call an Uber from this location, make sure you clarify which Funky Chicker you're at. The first Uber driver showed up at the wrong one, and couldn't find us.)

Everything was perfect! We were arriving before check in time. So we dropped off our luggage, ate breakfast, toured the city then went back to pick up the luggage and check in to our Airbnb. Really great concept and easy to book online.

It was easy to drop off bags and staff was kind. Convenient location. However, staff didn’t properly check us in or out. This didn’t impact our use, though they may need a little more training.

The staff at Funky Chicken hosting the Bounce service were great! Very accommodating and attentive. We really appreciated having a place to leave our bags after we had to leave our rental but had time before going to the airport.
