I had a great time! The shop owners are very kind, and it's open until 10:00 PM!

The staff were very kind and I was grateful that they were able to communicate with me even though my English was poor. I was able to travel with peace of mind by booking in advance, but it took a long time to check in because I couldn't connect it to my smartphone. I would prefer a system where everything can be done using just a QR code.

Very friendly people! Super convenient since we had to check out of our hotel 6 hours before our flight. They kept the bags safe while we explored the city a bit more. Highly recommended!

Difficult to find - it’s across the road from zambrero in a tiny street inside the wellbeing korea supermarket. They hold the luggage in a room rather than locked lockers. Easy process - service fee applies per bag.

Process quick, hard to find location as no bounce signs, just the supermarket signs

It’s IN the Korean wellness store, you check in with the shop keeper. Was suuuuper confused until we finally asked the shopkeeper where it is, sign is a bit vague and no sign on the shop door that you’re at a bounce location. Process after that was super easy 😅
