  • The location was super convenient, right under the U-Bahn station. The process was super smooth. BUT the location is sketchy. Homeless people are sleeping right next to the boxes, and it smells of urine. It didn't "feel" safe leaving my stuff there. So I took the most valuable stuff with me. The $100K insurance policy gave me a bit of peace of mind.

  • I left my luggage at the souvenir shop. It's important to note which pick-up time you want. Mine was set to 5:00 PM. I couldn't find a way to change it at first. However, you can adjust the time after booking, which I found acceptable.
