It's very good, but I was scared because the screen said it was out of service.

Overall, everything went smoothly and the staff were friendly. One area for improvement is that the employee shouldn't have to call their boss in addition to checking in and out, which always took several minutes. I didn't understand this cumbersome procedure.

So easy to use, I would recommend it to everyone!

The entire locker system at the main train station was out of order. Bounce was a lifesaver once again. Worked perfectly, as always. I've always used the DHL station before. No problems. A great alternative, especially when they're close to, or even inside, the station.

The location is easy to find and very convenient if other lockers are out of order. Unfortunately, this parcel station has very few large compartments.

Both dropping off and picking up our luggage were smooth and easy. The staff was friendly, and the location couldn’t be better—it’s just a short walk from both the train station and the Kölner Dom! Arigato!

Drop off was smooth, quick and easy, and staff were friendly! We were able to adjust our pick up time easily using the app, it was close to the cathedral, and much easier and fairly priced when compared to the train station.

Location was very difficult to find. There needs to be clearer instructions. We had to go to the information desk to ask. We ordered 4 large lockers. Easy to use. Got a carry on & a backpack in one, & 2 backpacks each in the others. Pick up was easy as well. Just finding it was a challenge.

Perfect for me as a motorcyclist :) I could park right there and store the things I wasn't taking to the concert.

Location is not the best but the Packstation is easy to find. The process of picking up was very easy. I will recommend this service.

Very good and conveniente, a bit pricy and there were only small lockers available.

Process was perfectly quick. Staff were polite and spoke english.

The location was easy to find, close to both the cathedral and the train station, making it very convenient. Booking and using the QR code were also very easy, and I highly recommend it. The staff were also very friendly.

Everything worked perfectly with the parcel locker. A brilliant and convenient idea. The app control, or rather the booking management, wasn't really intuitive. But it was still manageable.

Booming with Bounce was easy and step by step and away from the general lockers that were crowded and chaotic.
