The staff were incredibly friendly, no problems at all. The only downside was that our luggage was stored in full view of everyone.

Everything was perfect! It saved us from having to drive all the way to Deutz on the day of departure, only to potentially not find a locker available, and we were able to finish our short trip in Belgium without any stress. Easy to book in advance without needing an app or creating a customer account! Perfect!

The location was also right next to Cologne Cathedral, which made it easy to drop off and pick up.

I was surprised that I could drop off luggage at the DHL station. Everything worked well, though. I just had to wait longer than expected for the QR code to open the compartment; I had to try generating it several times. But otherwise, it was great!

A great alternative to the DB's "lockers." Excellent guidance through the Bounce app, both for dropping off and picking up items. Would gladly use again!

Convenient place to store luggage. The store had us take a picture of our luggage, and then we put it in the storage closet in the back of the shop. It was easy, and we were comfortable leaving it there. We'd use the service again.

Super uncomplicated

Easy to use but big luggage slot is on top, so not quite convenient to lift it up.

The idea is great. The kiosk is also cool. The service could just be a bit friendlier.

It would be good if you could open the locker more often during your booking time in case you want to get to your things in between to pick something up or take something away.
