Located right near the main train station and cathedral. Drop-off and pick-up were very straightforward, and the kiosk owner was polite and helpful.

Great service. Easy to check in and check out via the QR code, and it felt like the bags were secure. Service was nice and quick at drop off and pick up, and the location is well situated nearby the Cathedral and train station.

Good place to leave your luggage, safe, centrally located, and you can also buy food, drinks, and souvenirs there.

Convenient location just a couple of minutes walk from HBF station. The shopkeeper couldn’t find record of our booking, but there was no problem once we showed our receipt. Bags are placed at the back of a busy shop that did not feel totally secure, but is open till late.

The staff were very kind, and they even took good care of my luggage in a separate room from the shop!

The shop owner was very kind and accommodating and our luggage was stored without issue. However the luggage storage was not very secure, and the reservation was not visible to the shop owner, so confirming the reservation was stressful

The luggage storage area was in a corner of a souvenir shop, and my luggage was handled quite roughly. Because there were many customers, the shop owner initially treated me rudely, but a staff member who seemed to be the owner's daughter helped me again, and I was able to leave my luggage as reserved. However, I was displeased that my bag had been opened and prepared when it was returned to me. I will not use it again.

Easy drop off super friendly

Everything was perfect! It saved us from having to drive all the way to Deutz on the day of departure, only to potentially not find a locker available, and we were able to finish our short trip in Belgium without any stress. Easy to book in advance without needing an app or creating a customer account! Perfect!
