Everything was great. Would gladly come again!

Drop off was smooth, quick and easy, and staff were friendly! We were able to adjust our pick up time easily using the app, it was close to the cathedral, and much easier and fairly priced when compared to the train station.

The entire locker system at the main train station was out of order. Bounce was a lifesaver once again. Worked perfectly, as always. I've always used the DHL station before. No problems. A great alternative, especially when they're close to, or even inside, the station.

The location is easy to find and very convenient if other lockers are out of order. Unfortunately, this parcel station has very few large compartments.

Location was very difficult to find. There needs to be clearer instructions. We had to go to the information desk to ask. We ordered 4 large lockers. Easy to use. Got a carry on & a backpack in one, & 2 backpacks each in the others. Pick up was easy as well. Just finding it was a challenge.

Location is not the best but the Packstation is easy to find. The process of picking up was very easy. I will recommend this service.

Very good and conveniente, a bit pricy and there were only small lockers available.

The luggage storage area was in a corner of a souvenir shop, and my luggage was handled quite roughly. Because there were many customers, the shop owner initially treated me rudely, but a staff member who seemed to be the owner's daughter helped me again, and I was able to leave my luggage as reserved. However, I was displeased that my bag had been opened and prepared when it was returned to me. I will not use it again.

My bag was secured most of the day while I was away enjoying myself. Thank you!

Both dropping off and picking up our luggage were smooth and easy. The staff was friendly, and the location couldn’t be better—it’s just a short walk from both the train station and the Kölner Dom! Arigato!

Easy to find and easy to check bags in and out.

Easy and simple

Staff was friendly and had a super safe place to store luggages. I felt relieved to be able to leave my items and know they were safe while I explored the city a bit more before my flight. Thank you!

It was easy. Owner was great and friendly.

The staff were incredibly friendly, no problems at all. The only downside was that our luggage was stored in full view of everyone.

Excellent service

This location was great! Right next to the HBF station and felt very safe. The hotel staff had to buzz you into the door and put my luggage in a safe location. It was also open late which was nice. Staff moved very quickly and efficiently.
