Great service. Easy to check in and check out via the QR code, and it felt like the bags were secure. Service was nice and quick at drop off and pick up, and the location is well situated nearby the Cathedral and train station.

Good place to leave your luggage, safe, centrally located, and you can also buy food, drinks, and souvenirs there.

Easy to find just minutes from station and cathedral, easy to use. Friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend.

The shop owner was very kind and accommodating and our luggage was stored without issue. However the luggage storage was not very secure, and the reservation was not visible to the shop owner, so confirming the reservation was stressful

Very practical. Great solution. There were long queues at the station, but this place is very close and I didn't have to wait at all.

The luggage storage area was in a corner of a souvenir shop, and my luggage was handled quite roughly. Because there were many customers, the shop owner initially treated me rudely, but a staff member who seemed to be the owner's daughter helped me again, and I was able to leave my luggage as reserved. However, I was displeased that my bag had been opened and prepared when it was returned to me. I will not use it again.

My bag was secured most of the day while I was away enjoying myself. Thank you!

It was easy. Owner was great and friendly.

The staff were incredibly friendly, no problems at all. The only downside was that our luggage was stored in full view of everyone.

Excellent service

This location was great! Right next to the HBF station and felt very safe. The hotel staff had to buzz you into the door and put my luggage in a safe location. It was also open late which was nice. Staff moved very quickly and efficiently.
