Discover Cologne HBF Main Station luggage storage

Everything good

Located right near the main train station and cathedral. Drop-off and pick-up were very straightforward, and the kiosk owner was polite and helpful.

Great service. Easy to check in and check out via the QR code, and it felt like the bags were secure. Service was nice and quick at drop off and pick up, and the location is well situated nearby the Cathedral and train station.

Good place to leave your luggage, safe, centrally located, and you can also buy food, drinks, and souvenirs there.

Easy to find just minutes from station and cathedral, easy to use. Friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend.

Quick handover, friendly staff

Location right in front of Koln Cathedral.

Shop is close to the train station and easy to find. Cases stored out of sight and staff are friendly. Definitely recommend

Convenient location just a couple of minutes walk from HBF station. The shopkeeper couldn’t find record of our booking, but there was no problem once we showed our receipt. Bags are placed at the back of a busy shop that did not feel totally secure, but is open till late.

The staff were very kind, and they even took good care of my luggage in a separate room from the shop!

Easy to find, very personal service, all during the very crowded GamesCon 2026

The shop owner was very kind and accommodating and our luggage was stored without issue. However the luggage storage was not very secure, and the reservation was not visible to the shop owner, so confirming the reservation was stressful

Very practical. Great solution. There were long queues at the station, but this place is very close and I didn't have to wait at all.

Drop Off / Pick Up Process is simple and fast.

Close to station. Easy drop off and pick up experience.

The luggage storage area was in a corner of a souvenir shop, and my luggage was handled quite roughly. Because there were many customers, the shop owner initially treated me rudely, but a staff member who seemed to be the owner's daughter helped me again, and I was able to leave my luggage as reserved. However, I was displeased that my bag had been opened and prepared when it was returned to me. I will not use it again.

Worked well for me

I had a wonderful experience with this family-owned business! Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. I used their luggage storage service, and they took great care of my belongings, giving me complete peace of mind while I explored the city. What really stood out was how they went above and beyond by recommending places to visit, local attractions, and great spots around the city. Their advice made my trip even more enjoyable. If you're looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and customer-focused place to store your luggage, I highly recommend them. Excellent service and wonderful people! 😊

Sweet, everything is super

It was easy. Owner was great and friendly.

The staff were incredibly friendly, no problems at all. The only downside was that our luggage was stored in full view of everyone.

Excellent service

This location was great! Right next to the HBF station and felt very safe. The hotel staff had to buzz you into the door and put my luggage in a safe location. It was also open late which was nice. Staff moved very quickly and efficiently.
