Amazing service. They were super nice and patient and even let us return at one point to retrieve some things from some of the bags and then place them again in storage until the pick-up time.

Shop is in the kiosk on the corner, not where Google Maps takes you. Experience was smooth. Everything was quick. Perfect location if your train arrives/departs in Messe/Deutz or if you're going to the Lanxess Arena.

This is the fourth time I've dropped off my luggage there and everything has always gone well! Even when I forgot to take my PIN.

The service was impeccable, the people at the place speak English so there were no problems, I felt very safe and would definitely use them again. Thank you!
