Luggage locker Locker Köln Messe/Deutz Station

Everything worked perfectly with the parcel locker. A brilliant and convenient idea. The app control, or rather the booking management, wasn't really intuitive. But it was still manageable.

So easy to find and functioned very well.

I was surprised that I could drop off luggage at the DHL station. Everything worked well, though. I just had to wait longer than expected for the QR code to open the compartment; I had to try generating it several times. But otherwise, it was great!

Everything worked out great and booking was immediate, it only took 1 minute!

Once you get the hang of it, it's really easy. I was really impressed. I'll use it again.

Easily accessible and easily dropped off and pick up

Easy to use but big luggage slot is on top, so not quite convenient to lift it up.

It would be good if you could open the locker more often during your booking time in case you want to get to your things in between to pick something up or take something away.

It should be made more obvious that these are also lockers and not just a collection point.
