Our bags were kept safely and the staff were friendly, we were grateful to them for this. It was the location that caused an issue. Our problem came when we collected our bags and went outside to order an Uber to the airport. The street was completely jammed with traffic and Uber drivers kept dropping the booking. We were getting very anxious about whether we would make it to the airport in time. Eventually an Uber did make it to us and we got our flight home but it was very stressful.

Easy to find (look at the pink building and go to the allyway. First door in your left) there is a button for a buzzer. Carry your bags upstairs. Take pictures of your tags they give you. Show them the pics on pick up. And good to go. Very nice interaction. 3 min walk to airport.

They served me quickly and returned them to me without any problems.

The hotel is in a cute alley, so you have to drag your bag over cobblestones a bit before arriving. Use the doorbell. Totally safe and friendly service.

Left our backpack for two days, felt perfectly safe. Receptionists were very kind and polite. Everything went smooth.

Everything was great, they checked my suitcase, and since they have 24-hour service, I arrived at 10 pm for my suitcase and they delivered it very quickly.

Chaneged booking and the host could not get the amendment

Fine overall, but needed to wait for doorbell to be answered, and during dropoff, needed to wait for the first person to get a second person to help.

The staff and space are lovely. Highly recommend. There are some stairs involved. But seeing as you’re in Cusco that isn’t too surprising.
