Smooth and easy! Just go to the little alley on the right side of the building that has the signs for it! It’s is up one flight of stairs, but overall really accessible and easy to navigate

Building easy to find and location Perfect (literally directly opposite the airport entrance). Ladies who run the luggage storage are friendly and efficient. Very quick to pick up and drop off suitcase.

Easy to find, across the street from the airport so easy to drop/pickup bags and access the airport as necessary. Better to walk there when arriving then get an Uber to wherever needed. Staff are friendly and trustworthy!

Perfect place for luggage storage before going to machupicchu

As some have said a little tricky to find but is easier than fending off all the taxi offerings. Basically as you exit arrivals, head left diagonally across the car park to the exit. Then cross over at the crossing, turn right and walk up the street. There is a small bounce flag on the street and the building is pink. If you get to a petrol station, you've gone too far. When you've found the building you need to walk about 5m into an alley and the door is the first on the left. Ring the bell.

The place was easy to find thanks to the reviews. Drop-off and pick-up were very straightforward and quick. We dropped our bags off around 2am and there was no problem. We even made some last minute adjustments. Staff were kind and helpful!

There were several similar-looking buildings lined up, so even the pink building was hard to spot. The service was very friendly and welcoming.

They treated us very kindly, and the suitcases were returned exactly as we left them. I would use their services again.

With the directions it was easy to find the address, the lady was very friendly. Only when we picked up our bags there was no signal (it was early in the morning) but after a few hours she answered us. I recommend it.
