The luggage was kept outside in the foyer exactly where we left them. I thought it will be a room locked

Great convenient location in Sultanhamet, although a bit of a trek uphill if you are coming from the airport bus. I left my bag for over a week and all was well when I returned. Quick check in and out. Very clean facility in a hotel. I’d definitely use again.

Location and service wa fine . A bit tricky getting to but no issues.

It went well, but the bag was just left unattended by a stairwell in the hostel. The door to the hostel was locked, but it would have been better if it had been put in a closet.

Yeah! It was everything OK. Next to the Galataport, a few minutes on foot. The dropping and picking were fast and good.

Checking in my luggage was very easy, and so was picking it up. The location is also great, just about 6 minutes from the Kadikoy ferry terminal. They were incredibly helpful in every way.

Very easy access, the spot is exact on Google maps. Right next to Taksim square metro. Helpful stuff, overall great experience.

This was a great location and the staff was amazing. They even gave us Tylenol when we lost ours!

The bags seem to be left in a space in the hotel lobby (rather than e.g. in a luggage room). As such I’m not sure how secure it is (for example, I don’t know if the lobby is continuously staffed). That said, drop off was really quick and easy, and when we picked up the bags he did offer to fill up my water bottle which was very appreciated!

the location is good, and the host was very helpful, but if there is a better way to secure bags would be great. since the bags was under the stairs with no lock or secure area..
