  • The location was easy to find, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Our luggage was stored in the hallway, which seemed a little odd at first, but everything was perfectly fine and we had no issues leaving it there all day. Just be aware that there is a flight of stairs and no elevator, so keep that in mind if you have heavy luggage. Overall, it was a great and convenient option for storing our bags. We used it after getting off our cruise, and it was only about a 10-minute walk from the cruise port. I would definitely recommend it!

  • The location was close to the Alibeykoy bus stop and was so convenient to drop my bag there for a week while I travelled to other parts of Turkey. They were so friendly and showed me the secure room where my bag would be kept. It was exactly as I had left it a week ago when I picked it up and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience 😊

  • The hotel is just a short walk downhill from the Şişhane exit of Şişhane metro. Despite being in the back alley, it was fairly was to find. The person who attended to us was a super cool and friendly guy. We will most likely stay here for our next Istanbul trip!
