The location was close to the Alibeykoy bus stop and was so convenient to drop my bag there for a week while I travelled to other parts of Turkey. They were so friendly and showed me the secure room where my bag would be kept. It was exactly as I had left it a week ago when I picked it up and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience 😊

The hotel is just a short walk downhill from the Şişhane exit of Şişhane metro. Despite being in the back alley, it was fairly was to find. The person who attended to us was a super cool and friendly guy. We will most likely stay here for our next Istanbul trip!

Everything went smooth.

Perfect. We arrived about 5 minutes early, the staff took our suitcase and we retrieved it without any problem. It was stored in a room inaccessible to customers, and we received a ticket with a number to collect our suitcase.

Everything was quick and efficient! My luggage was in perfect condition!

The location and position of the hotel was close to Galata Tower and pretty easy to find. The dropoff and the bagageclaim was perfect. Everything went smooth and the staff was very kind. 10/10

I can’t say enough about this place. The guy at reception was absolutely amazing. We turned up & he was waiting for us, gave him the luggage & he allowed us to put our phones on charge in the lobby with seating available. We needed that as batteries were nearly dead. Will be using again & definitely recommending to every we know. Safe, secure, friendly service & reasonably priced could not ask for more.

Location was great, few minute walk from Galataport for storing luggage after cruise. Easy to store, easy to pickup.
