Discover Sultanahmet luggage storage

It works absolutely flawlessly and the advantage is its location in the center, in the immediate vicinity of the Sultanahmet tram stop. I used it for the first time in two phases, when I needed to store one piece of luggage for several days and the other for just the last few hours. The staff is very nice, helpful, speaks several languages ​​and even accommodated me with a request that was beyond the scope of storage. Compared to the unpleasant experience of the airport storage, it is a completely different story.

Very good service. The staff is friendly, and they give you a ticket for each bag and/or suitcase, so you can leave with confidence that no one else will take your luggage. Highly recommended.

Quick and easy check in. Only needed storage for about 2 hours to visit Blue Mosque. This was right across the street. Easy access

It’s a legitimate Bounce location! The bags are kept in a room that the attendants lock, which exceeded expectations as I’ve used other Bounce places before that just leave them in the open behind the counter. They give you a number to take with you and identify your bags when you pick it up. Someone was always attending the counter so everything was quick, no waiting, perfect service

Easy to drop off the luggage. Just go to reception in the Camelot Hotel and they get you squared away. The guys there were so nice and helpful. They even gave us tips on what do and see around the area.

Located in a comfortable location in old city. With friendly staff at the reception who accept and give back your luagage. Also, there are tables and chairs at the room, so I could repack my bags and have a cup of tea

Great Service. Very easy to do. Booked on app and took baggage to Tha Camelot Hotel in Istanbul without a problem. Host there was extremely nice. Gave us water on the house and assisted us later on with question we had of the area and transport. Would give a 10/5 if possible.

It was very easy drop off and collection of luggage. The guy who handled our luggage was so friendly and was really nice. Our luggage was in safe space by safe hands! Will definitely recommend!

The person was there at reception. Helped me get the bags out the door. Was in a room behind reception so not worried about theft.

I really liked the place: I chose it for my purpose to while away a few hours between two flights: one arrived in Sabiha, the other from the new airport at two in the morning. The idea was: from Sabiha by metro to Kadikoy, from there by ferry to Eminonu, then throw your suitcase and quickly explore the old city. Everything worked out well: a bus took me from the pier almost to the point, then a short walk along the old cobblestone streets, the guys at the point were excellent, one spoke Russian, they gave me tea, gave me a bottle of water, it was very helpful, they explained where everything was. Near Hai Sophia and other wonders of Istanbul. Then the guys told me how to get to Aksaray and from there to the New Airport. Everything from that point is simple and fast. I would like to stay there again if I ever do.

Everything was quick and easy, they speak English, Turkish and Arabic. Left my luggage for 7h and came back to take it at 8:30 pm

We needed to drop off our luggage for a couple of hours and this place is great! We felt our luggage was safe and the staff was really friendly. It's in a perfect location close to Hagia Sophia. I will totally use this place next time I come back.

Location was right next to the bus to the airport and the staff were sooo friendly- offered us tea/water and wifi if we need to hang out waiting.
