The location was easy to find, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Our luggage was stored in the hallway, which seemed a little odd at first, but everything was perfectly fine and we had no issues leaving it there all day. Just be aware that there is a flight of stairs and no elevator, so keep that in mind if you have heavy luggage. Overall, it was a great and convenient option for storing our bags. We used it after getting off our cruise, and it was only about a 10-minute walk from the cruise port. I would definitely recommend it!

So easy, my luggage was secured away in a back room, and I was given a numbered ticket to retrieve it! The woman who helped me was so kind and thoughtful.

Great convenient location in Sultanhamet, although a bit of a trek uphill if you are coming from the airport bus. I left my bag for over a week and all was well when I returned. Quick check in and out. Very clean facility in a hotel. I’d definitely use again.

Easy to drop off the luggage. Just go to reception in the Camelot Hotel and they get you squared away. The guys there were so nice and helpful. They even gave us tips on what do and see around the area.

Located in a comfortable location in old city. With friendly staff at the reception who accept and give back your luagage. Also, there are tables and chairs at the room, so I could repack my bags and have a cup of tea

Great Service. Very easy to do. Booked on app and took baggage to Tha Camelot Hotel in Istanbul without a problem. Host there was extremely nice. Gave us water on the house and assisted us later on with question we had of the area and transport. Would give a 10/5 if possible.
