I had a great experience with storing my luggage at Utarit hotel (and that morning I tried three other places that didn't work). Great location, easy to find and bring bags, very friendly staff - highly recommend!

I needed a place to store my luggage near Taksim Square before heading to the airport, so I used this place! I was worried because I read in reviews that people were having trouble finding and retrieving their luggage due to the lack of staff. Fortunately, there was a staff member there when I arrived. When I told them what time it was supposed to be, they said there would be someone there as well, so I didn't have to worry. I arrived at that time, and the staff member was there, so I was able to retrieve my luggage without any problems! Just in case, it's a good idea to ask if there will be staff there during your baggage claim time.

A great place to store luggage while exploring the city. I registered in the app, booked, and paid in advance. Dropped it off and picked it up without any problems!

Simple and straightforward service with no hiccups. Location is a bit away from main roads/busses to airports - so have to drag the bags for a distance

fast and easy. Recommended. You enter in the hotel reception and the lady will take your bags with the QR code you get after paying.

Staff needs to be a bit more responsive. I went to drop off the bags and he didn’t even check the booking reference and said ok you can go. I asked him don’t you need to check anything and then he said ok tell me the details. On pick up he wasn’t inside the office our bags were left sitting unattended.

Hard to find, but the staff were fantastic

The staff at the storage facility were really nice and accommodating. The only problem we ran into was the facility is located on a pedestrian street so taxis would not drop off and pick up from the location - we had to walk for about 2 minutes with luggage each time.

Awesome spot! A little hard to find at first, but lovely people and the storage felt safe

The drop-off point was the Blue Point Hotel, but they forgot to update their status to indicate they were closed on Sundays. This oversight made my experience quite chaotic. However, they provided me with a different location that was only a 5-10 minute drive away from the original spot. Apart from that, I received my luggage in the same condition as I had left it with them.

Location on map was closed for the day but the owner had a location just 4 minutes away. He was friendly and communicative.
