Good. Friendly guy. Everything fine with our bags. Only small challenge when we got there to pick up our bags the guy had stepped out for 5 minutes so we had to wait. Also helped me with metro directions afterwards. Otherwise recommend.

Location good and friendly staff

the location is good, and the host was very helpful, but if there is a better way to secure bags would be great. since the bags was under the stairs with no lock or secure area..

The drop-off point was the Blue Point Hotel, but they forgot to update their status to indicate they were closed on Sundays. This oversight made my experience quite chaotic. However, they provided me with a different location that was only a 5-10 minute drive away from the original spot. Apart from that, I received my luggage in the same condition as I had left it with them.

Location on map was closed for the day but the owner had a location just 4 minutes away. He was friendly and communicative.
