I have used the bounce app to store my suitcase for a day. Its really convenient & easy to keep the luggage away when you are roaming around the city centre. The staff was very helpful and the suitcase was store secured in a locked room.

The staff were amazing, extremely helpful, even helped with the stairs. Left the luggage for couple of hours and got it back safely. It is a nice hotel and thus, i had no worries about the safety. Highly recommend.
