  • I needed a place to store my luggage near Taksim Square before heading to the airport, so I used this place! I was worried because I read in reviews that people were having trouble finding and retrieving their luggage due to the lack of staff. Fortunately, there was a staff member there when I arrived. When I told them what time it was supposed to be, they said there would be someone there as well, so I didn't have to worry. I arrived at that time, and the staff member was there, so I was able to retrieve my luggage without any problems! Just in case, it's a good idea to ask if there will be staff there during your baggage claim time.

  • The place was a bit hard to find as there were no signages, only a door with a keypad on the left. Nevertheless, the brother was kind and accommodating. It was a very cold, rainy and tiring day but he welcomed us warmly.
