A little difficult to find but is across the street from the blue mosque and in a hotel. Very easy process, they did give us tickets that matched our suit cases for pick up that we had to show. Good price.

Perfect. We arrived about 5 minutes early, the staff took our suitcase and we retrieved it without any problem. It was stored in a room inaccessible to customers, and we received a ticket with a number to collect our suitcase.

I can't say enough about this place. The guy at reception was absolutely amazing. We turned up & he was waiting for us, gave him the luggage & he allowed us to put our phones on charge in the lobby with seating available. We needed that as batteries were nearly dead. Will be using again & definitely recommending to every we know. Safe, secure, friendly service & reasonably priced could not ask for more. From UK July 2026

Great, convenient location in Sultanahmet although a bit of a trek uphill if you are coming from the airport bus. Quick check in and out. I left my bag for over a week and all was well when I returned. Very clean facility in a hotel. I’d definitely use again.

Great way to leave luggage before visiting hagia sophia. The hotel also organized airport transfer for us. The owner doesn't speak english, but with a help of translator there was no issues to communicate

Easy, convenient and the contact in person even set up a taxi for us and walked us to the correct location. Very nice taxi! Our hotel taxi had a little trouble finding location but it was perfect location for all the activities- all within walking distance. Highly recommend.

Easy to access from Sultanahmet Tram Station

Great location, right in front of the Sultanahmed tram station (which connects to the Aksaray station for bus/metro to the airport). It opens 24/7, and the staff were always there when I came to drop off and pick up my luggage.
