Everything was great! Don't be afraid to book. The location is superb – I left my suitcase for a couple of hours on the day of my flight, strolled around the square and the embankment, picked it up, and went to the airport. There were no problems at all. They took my luggage politely. They even took my jacket, which I didn't want to carry.

This is a hotel, it's right next to Hagia Sophia, helpful staff, locked bags away. Can also book an airport taxi if you ask.

Very kind and professional. I also booked the airport transfer with them, 4 people. The Mercedes Van car arrived on time and was very ok.

It works absolutely flawlessly and the advantage is its location in the center, in the immediate vicinity of the Sultanahmet tram stop. I used it for the first time in two phases, when I needed to store one piece of luggage for several days and the other for just the last few hours. The staff is very nice, helpful, speaks several languages and even accommodated me with a request that was beyond the scope of storage. Compared to the unpleasant experience of the airport storage, it is a completely different story.

Very good service. The staff is friendly, and they give you a ticket for each bag and/or suitcase, so you can leave with confidence that no one else will take your luggage. Highly recommended.

It’s a legitimate Bounce location! The bags are kept in a room that the attendants lock, which exceeded expectations as I’ve used other Bounce places before that just leave them in the open behind the counter. They give you a number to take with you and identify your bags when you pick it up. Someone was always attending the counter so everything was quick, no waiting, perfect service

Perfect but expensive because we had to leave our luggage just for 1-2 hours

€5 per bag per day. It's very quick and easy, and it's a 6-minute shuttle ride to the airport. It's located at the Sultanamet Hotel, near the tram.

Was a seamless proocess. Its was easy to book, to find location, drop off and pick up. They are open 24/7, we had booked to pick up 23.30pm as a buffer and were reassured that we can come at anytime to pick up the bags.

Wonderful location since it was literally across from a public transport stop (T1 Line) and very near popular sites.

It was excellent, the lady was very attentive and kind. I had only few hours left in Istanbul and she gave me valuable tips, helped me book a taxi to the airport and we even talked about Turkish music and TV series.

We had a great experience! The hotel was able to hold our bags, which made it so much easier for us to explore with our kids. Cigdem was amazing, very patient and helpful. She also arranged a private and very comfortable airport transfer for us at a great price. This really made our short time in the city much better. Highly recommend!

Easy - quick - very happy.

A very convenient place where you can leave your luggage for a few hours. We had very good contact with the person at the reception. He was very nice and very helpful. He helped us organise a transfer to our hotel next to Gebze even though the city was completely blocked for celebrating the football team's victory.

Great experience with the guys at the hotel. We stored bags after getting off a cruise at Gelata port for 3 days while in Cappadocia and another set of 4 bags for the day while walking around Gelata Tower and Taksim square. Got back our bags with little effort. Really good experience given I was very hesitant going in.
