Great way to leave luggage before visiting hagia sophia. The hotel also organized airport transfer for us. The owner doesn't speak english, but with a help of translator there was no issues to communicate

Easy to access from Sultanahmet Tram Station

Great location, right in front of the Sultanahmed tram station (which connects to the Aksaray station for bus/metro to the airport). It opens 24/7, and the staff were always there when I came to drop off and pick up my luggage.

PSA: the place is inside Hotel Sultanahmet. The receptionist is very kind person.

It's very convenient, located near Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. I only needed the service for 2.5 hours, but that didn't affect the price. I pre-booked it online; the cost was €6.70 per carry-on bag. The woman was very pleasant and spoke good English and helped me figure out how to get to my destination by public transportation.

I had a good experience using this luggage storage service. The location is just perfect, it's right near some of Istanbul's most famous landmarks. I’d just checked out of my hotel, which was in a different part of the city, but still wanted to explore more before catching my flight. The Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and the Basilica Cistern are all within 3 min walking distance of the storage location, making it a perfect spot to leave your bags while you can go sightseeing. I didn't notice anything suspicious or anyone opening my bags without my knowledge while using the luggage storage service. However, for peace of mind, I made sure to take all my most valuable items with me, like my passport, money, and electronics. The price was quite reasonable. I booked through Bounce and by reserving in advance I even got a small discount.

Everything worked well. Good location for those in Sultanahmet, quick service for dropping off and picking up luggage. The bags are kept in a room (which I consider a positive point).

So convenient! We had a long layover in Istanbul so this was perfect for us so we could explore without lugging around our bags! We booked super last minute and they were still able to accommodate us. The people there were so so nice! Would definitely recommend

Easy drop off and pick-up, very convenient for visiting the Blue Mosque/Haga Sophia/cistern. The attendant at the hotel was also very helpful, she gave tips for appropriate dress/visiting both mosques.

Everything was great! Don't be afraid to book. The location is superb – I left my suitcase for a couple of hours on the day of my flight, strolled around the square and the embankment, picked it up, and went to the airport. There were no problems at all. They took my luggage politely. They even took my jacket, which I didn't want to carry.

This is a hotel, it's right next to Hagia Sophia, helpful staff, locked bags away. Can also book an airport taxi if you ask.

It works absolutely flawlessly and the advantage is its location in the center, in the immediate vicinity of the Sultanahmet tram stop. I used it for the first time in two phases, when I needed to store one piece of luggage for several days and the other for just the last few hours. The staff is very nice, helpful, speaks several languages ​​and even accommodated me with a request that was beyond the scope of storage. Compared to the unpleasant experience of the airport storage, it is a completely different story.
