One employee doesn't know how to check out items from Bounce Luggage Storage.

Super easy process! The staff was incredibly nice, the fact it was a UPS store made me feel secure, and obviously it was great not having to carry our bags around all day. It came out to about $8 per bag which was fine for suitcases but I feel like it should be cheaper for backpacks/ smaller bags. We paid $25 for 2 suitcases & 1 backpack. I ended up carrying my backpack so I didn't have pay for it.

Easy drop off and pick up

Used the Bounce luggage storage service at UPS store 4249 in CountryClubPlaza area. Had never heard of this but it was great! Our flight was earlier so we could spend more time here and this was the perfect solution for the time until our Airbnb was ready. Highly recommend.

Took a long time for them to finally figure out how to log in the bag… but it was fine once they figured it out. Not ideal customer service, but it ended up working out.
