  • It was a bit difficult to find the location at first, and although I rang the doorbell to enter, I had to wait outside for quite a while because of the other guests; I was only able to go in when someone else came out. Aside from that, it wasn't far from the station, so it was fine.

  • Location is hidden away in the far left corner of Waterloo, on the left of the big main exit. Better signage needed. Phone signal not great inside the luggage place so it was tricky to find my QR code. But, it was a clean and secure facility. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Expensive, but I would probably use again as it’s the only one inside the station.

  • Easy drop off and return. Convenient to pick up water and snacks before we walked around London waiting for our hotel check-in time. The store is also really close to the Earl’s Court Underground Station. Employees were also extremely nice and helpful.

  • Location close to St. Pancres station. 5 min walk. Friendly people, location could be a bit "opener". If the door is not open it looks closed and make you wonder if this is the correct place to be. When picking up, door was closed. We rang rhe bell but it was broken apparently. So after ringing a couple of times, we knocked the door. Did not take long before the friendly person opened the door. All went well.
