Easy pick up and drop off. Just across the road from Tottenham Court Road station. When we dropped our bags off they were initially in the shop but when we collected them they had been moved to another room which was reassuring.

Convenient to the station, average price for the area. Quick check-in and check-out.

The store is right across from the station, so it made it easy to find. At first glance we were a little nervous about leaving our bags, but it was fine. The staff was nice enough and everything turned out great.

The location was amazing, the attendant who picked up our luggage (10 pieces) was professional and helpful. The only reason it is not a 5 star is because of the price. It would be nice to store by the hour verses day.

Staff was friendly. Location was very convenient to British Museum. Just make sure that when fetching luggage that they log your retrieval. I had to confirm via email that we had picked up to avoid extra charges.

The location was perfect for our need near British Museum. The guy who handled it - did a good job. We got our tags and when we returned and shared the tags he went to fetch our suitcases back. Everything was intact and well handled. Though I have rated 5*, there could be some concerns: - He took the suitcases to the back of the store when we deposited. He got the suitcase from somewhere outside back thru the main door. Hmmm... - While the location details itself were clearly available on Google (including the fact that it's a souvenir shop), the Bounce app was behaving in a cagey way - asking to first book before sharing the location. Something that sounds weird to me. Bounce, change your approach. [I did not pre-book because I did not want some surprise in the last minute. So I went to the store and then made the payment on your app. You could avoid all this unwanted mess.] - I did not want the store to take a lower rating because of your funny app!!

Staff was fine and it turned out ok, but the process didn't give me the most secure feeling. No tag on the bag, no claims ticket - I was told to take a picture of the bag, then showed the picture when picking up.

Guy was nice and very accommodating, good location too!

Used bounce twice on this trip to London - service was great, staff was helpful and polite and great locations for leaving my bags while traveling around!

Easy to find, very close to the museum. Staff could be more polite, but overall a good experience. The luggage is stored in the lower level, and it's a quick and easy process.
