Even though his store closed at 6pm, the guy stayed until we returned at 6.45pm to pick up our bags (we had told him earlier that the Bounce app says his location is open until 7). We were a little concerned when we returned because the lights were off and door locked, but after we knocked on the door out he came with our bags.

A very good experience. We booked and paid online, and the staff who helped us with our luggage drop-off and pickup were very friendly.

Overall good however when I went to pick up my 2 large luggage bags they brought out 2 small bags and I said that’s not mine , they guy went on to say that they forgot to take a picture of my luggage hence why they didn’t know which ones they were and then showed me 2 others which were wrong again and finally got them. A little bit unnerving!
