Discover Heathrow Airport luggage storage

Its down in arrivals.

It's easy because you can check in your luggage with just one barcode. The price varies depending on the number of items and the storage time, rather than the amount of luggage, so I recommend consolidating your belongings.

Location no longer branded as "Bounce". Directions to the trains to Paddington station were unclear even though we were both speaking English.

I had a suitcase I couldn’t take because of weight allowance so stored it at Bounce at Heathrow T2. So quick & easy to book online & conveniently right in the arrivals hall. I picked it up when I returned to Heathrow. Easy peasy! Staff were nice & friendly. It cost less than paying excess baggage would have!

Thanks, the drop off and pick up was seamless, easy to book online and staff friendly and helpful

Very convenient to be able to store our luggage at the airport while visiting the UK. We used the Terminal 2 facility and booked in advance, which made check-in much smoother. I highly recommend this service!

The app is pretty good, though acts a little funky in low data. It was a little difficult to find the storage location, but overall it was a useful service

Very helpful and friendly staff . I highly recommend this - for the convenience if you are moving around a lot within Europe and don’t want to lug around too many luggages.

Fantastic service with baggage storage. Wish I knew about this sooner.

It was a little expensive, but a great option. We were able to drop our luggage off, spend a few hours at legoland, and then get our things before our flight.

We had a week of travel in between cruises and did not want to lug around our big bag. This worked out perfectly no issue. Fantastic service

Pick up felt a bit slow. But it was convenient.

This was a very easy process where my bag was stored for the day. Situated on the arrivals level it was easy to find. Great customer service.

Efficient , friendly , fantastic

Was so easy. Booked ahead and paid online. Then edited my reservation with no problem that morning. It was easy to find the location in the airport with the directions provided in the confirmation email. Pickup was fast. The employees were very nice and personable. So glad we did this rather than take our backpacks with us during our layover.

Easy and priced same as used the vendor directly . One stop shop though which is handy

Professional, secure and very understanding staff

Very nice to not have to lug big suitcases on our side trip to Edinburgh.

Excellent location and easy to find, although in hind sight my checked luggage may have qualified as regular instead of oversized🤔. And for safety reasons your luggage does go through a scanner before they fully accept so if anything can be messed up by scanners you've been forewarned!!! Very convenient and easy, will repeat if needed

Easy to find, great price. Dropping off our luggage a day early from our motorhome trip saved us a lot of hassles the next day when flying home. Will use again if needed

Easy, professional and reasonable!

Very simple. Nice staff. It was unfortunate that I stored my bags for 27 hours and had to pay for a 2 day rate. It would be better if the payments were in 4 hour increments or something similar but other than that pretty happy with this solution.

We had a long time before our flight, and leaving our luggage here was an excellent decision. We booked through the app, arrived at reception to drop everything off, and there were no problems at all. 100% recommended.

The process was quick and easy. Highly recommend.

I wasn't able to use the service and I got a credit for next time - I appreciate that!

Easy. Good discount with bounce.

Overall no issues highly recommended .Seamless drop off and pick up

Easy to find & no issues with the service at all. It’s a bit more on the higher end of price range due to its location.

Convenient, quick, courteous, economical.

They get a little confused using Bounce but they eventually figured it out. All I care about is that all of my stuff was in my bag!
