- Have used Bounce a couple of times. Works well. This time we booked luggage storage at fixINN - Nottinghill Gate. Great little shop providing luggage storage right on the corner by the tube station. The staff member was kind and well organised, and the luggage was stored safely at the back of the store. Super easy to drop off the luggage with the QR code from the booking. Received a number for each bag for retrieving the bags later on.

- The hardest part was identifying the establishment from the outside. We're not used to having a left-luggage office on a souvenir. Everything else was fine. You can do it with your phone. You have to wait for the photos to be taken. It's an affordable and very convenient service to avoid having to carry luggage around London.
