Looked after my bag perfectly while I was gone for 3 weeks. I was even able to extend mid-trip. Much cheaper option than airport. You take a 10minute small shuttle bus outside the airport to get here & back. This is inside a newsagent.

It was an AMAZING service. Since the day we left our luggage, the person who receive it, was super friendly, really gentle, we were looking for the place and he went out of the store to call us because we were lost. He explain everything and even let us know how the service works. The day we were supposed to pick up the luggage, we were a few minutes late, and we call the store and the gentlemen wait for us nicely until we arrive around 15 mins late. It was a really amazing experience, will definitely recommend it to anybody.

Easy and quick

I loved everything about my experience. I had really early departure times and so, I needed to drop off and pick up my luggage by 6:00am. The owner was happy to meet me by the location at 5:45am. He was very kind and sociable even at that hour which I truly appreciated. It was an overall great experience and I would totally book with bounce and Imperial Newsagents - Heathrow again!

Very hospitable and friendly staff

It's a convenience store called Imperial Newsagents that is affiliated with Bounce. I used it to receive a SendMyBag package. The owner was kind and offered to open the store even before it opened for my early morning departure from Heathrow. Right in front of the bus stop, you can take one local bus to T4. I bought a bottle of whiskey while I was picking it up, but it was confiscated when I accidentally brought it on board. Next time I'll make sure to pack it as checked baggage. It is convenient to use this service if you have a lot of luggage before departure.

They accepted my SEND MY BAG (transporting luggage between hotels during the trip). I arrived a day early, but they arranged for me to make an additional payment. I am grateful for the kind correspondence I received in advance.

If someone hires an Uber to come to your store, they may not find it as your address "527 Staines Road" has a wrong location as per Uber map. I had to terminate my Uber trip and use google maps to reach you. Please take it up with Uber. Try hiring an Uber to reach your store from any place and you will know what I mean.

Great place to leave luggage for the day! We booked using the Bounce app and it was very convenient, our bags were kept safe while we walked around the Buckingham Palace area for a few hours. Using the Bounce app it is £5 per bag per day (plus a £2 insurance fee per bag) so it is quite inexpensive. It is a short walk from the Victoria Station, about 5 minutes, but very easy to find as they have the blue Bounce sign displayed outside the shop window. The shop owners were very nice and offered a discount on souvenir items and also offered to help us get tickets to sightseeing tours.
