Looked after my bag perfectly while I was gone for 3 weeks. I was even able to extend mid-trip. Much cheaper option than airport. You take a 10minute small shuttle bus outside the airport to get here & back. This is inside a newsagent.

It was an AMAZING service. Since the day we left our luggage, the person who receive it, was super friendly, really gentle, we were looking for the place and he went out of the store to call us because we were lost. He explain everything and even let us know how the service works. The day we were supposed to pick up the luggage, we were a few minutes late, and we call the store and the gentlemen wait for us nicely until we arrive around 15 mins late. It was a really amazing experience, will definitely recommend it to anybody.

I loved everything about my experience. I had really early departure times and so, I needed to drop off and pick up my luggage by 6:00am. The owner was happy to meet me by the location at 5:45am. He was very kind and sociable even at that hour which I truly appreciated. It was an overall great experience and I would totally book with bounce and Imperial Newsagents - Heathrow again!

This is a convenience store called Imperial Newsagents, which is affiliated with Bounce. I used it to pick up my SendMyBag package. The owner was kind and offered to open before closing time as I had an early morning departure from Heathrow. It's right in front of the bus stop, so you can easily get to Terminal 4 with a local bus. I bought some whiskey on the way there to pick up my luggage, but I accidentally put it in my carry-on and it was confiscated. Next time I'll make sure to check it in. It's a convenient place to use if you have a lot of luggage before you depart.
