Only thing I noticed when I went to pick up my bag was that it was just there in the back of the shop. I presumed it would be in a locked cupboard. But staff were there at all times so maybe ok. Still would use again.

Starcross StreetGoogle MapsThe Exmouth Arms in Starcross St. is very handy for Euston Station. Both drop off and collection were straightforward and staff pleasant. Currently (Oct. 26) there is extensive building work in progress (extension to the station, I think) We got off the tube and approached from Gower St but were concerned that closed roads etc. due to the works would delay us. It was much more straightforward getting to the station from the Exmouth Arms as the site-works hoardings very clearly mark the throughroute for pedestrians which was easy, quick and very busy with other travellers, so I’d advise approaching from Euston Square rather than Gower St if possible.

Also because they did not put my case in the shelves straight away. But when I went to pick them up I realised that this is because they were waiting for the big cases to come in so that they organise them by size and fit them in. Although the cases were not in a locked room, the shop is long and narrow, with a narrow entrance so no one could slip past the assistant unnoticed.They were considerate and put my shopping bag on one side, rather than squashed amongst the suitcases. I would use them again. It was cheaper than other providers.
