All three of our "larger-siz" bags we're actually pretty small -- much smaller than the maximum size allowed, and we wanted to tie on a small plastic bag on top of one of them to offload a few bulkier items from a backpack, but they wouldn't allow that. So they probably could have been a bit more flexible and accommodating, but otherwise, the service worked and nothing was lost, so I guess I can't complain.
