Discover London Bridge Station luggage storage

Unfortunately, we had to carry the suitcases down a staircase that was about 50 cm wide, and the basement was a mess of goods and bags/plastic wrap. Otherwise, the drop-off/pick-up process went smoothly.

Staff were great. Lock room is down basement stairs, stored with other people’s bags and not monitored. We had no problem.

Very much straight forward process. Say hello to the staff, tell them why u r there, show notification email. They will direct u where to leave ur luggage. You have to take the luggage to the storage room yourself which is an underground room. Easy if u r physically well enough.

Really helpful hosts, and extremely convenient for Borough Market and London Bridge Station. If you are taking the underground then look for the Borough Market exit - it’s almost immediately opposite on the other side of the road, just past the Old King’s Head!

This shop “fone doctor” is great and nice, It is not hard to find this narrow street. Before I decided to go to this shop, We went into the shop nearby called “Londis” to ask if they have room to store our luggage, They tell us to download the app to make a booking. Then I found that the app stated that the shop is “ out of capacity” , I told them, and he just get annoyed, And tell me to pay by cash, and do not need to book on the app. Okay, so I wanted to pay, And he just said a price of £20 for two luggages. I asked why you charge higher than the price stated on the app, which was £5.5 per luggage, And he told me because our luggage is so large!! How ridiculous!???? So I decided to leave the shop, The man said he can do £18 for us, But it’s absolutely a scam!! So I leave and found the nearby “fone doctor”, They are kind to help, I was happy with it and I will use it again in the future.

Excellent service, courtesy, and helpfulness. This place is ideal for those who want to visit the London Bridge area and also be convenient to the station/Underground. I recommend it.

The guy at the entrance was very polite and kind. Bags stored safely. Location a little difficult to find, but a stone's throw from London Bridge station.

Opposite Borough Market, 4 minutes walk from London Bridge Station. The guy who serves is very friendly and inspires confidence. He gives you a receipt for each suitcase you leave. The price is much cheaper than the one offered by the Luggage Office at London Bridge Station.

I phoned the store and was able to make arrangements there. I am quite pleased with them overall. The partner is a good man and helped in a difficult situation since we had a sudden change in plans due to an accident.
