I arrived in London @9am and my airbnb check in was at 4. The Sky Garden does not allow luggage at their restaurants so this location was super convenient to drop off to then have lunch, see the amazing views from the top of the walkie talkie building.

It made our last day in London easier. We dropped off our bags at 9:30 a.m. We walked around the area, then picked them up at the airport and that was it! It's very close to Monument Station. We used it for a few hours. It doesn't split into half-days. You only pay for the full day.

Handy little shop to drop off at. Just present your QR code in and out and it's all taken care of. Very efficient, would use again.

Service was provided as described, very convenient service in a very busy city with a heavy schedule.

Store was quiet so no waiting time, able to add an extra 30 mins to the booking after experiencing a delay in finishing up for collection without any extra fee. The only thing I'd prefer is to have a receipt rather than await a picture of the suitcase as it took a while to come through and I couldn't get a screenshot.

Everything ok with the place, my only complaint is regarding the app per se, when we got there, the app and the website were not working (due to high demand?) and we couldnt get our code to drop off our luggage. It took like 15 min before the app worked and longer for someone from customer service to help us
